The staff were extremely rude, openly racist, and clearly uninterested in doing their jobs. McDonald's is for my basic b- tendencies. After watching "The Founder", I've grown an appreciation for what it stands for. According to the creators, there is essentially an art to their system and the way they time their fries to create the perfect crisp (8 seconds). Obviously, you are not coming for locally sourced, organic, farm to table, nutrient-rich meals with a "$$$$" attached to it. You are paying for frozen meals cooked and fried, ready in seconds/minutes. Sadly, this McDonald's is not up to par with the original philosophy. I absolutely despise this location and have been coming here for 20 years regardless, due to it's convenient location and meal deals offered by McD's. The owners of this place do not care or respond to customer complaints. They are rolling in cash after milking this location for decades, and could care less. The created the most mentally retarded two-lane drive-thru that an extremely dim witted low IQ person could imagine. The lanes are configured in a way that promotes cars who ordered AFTER the person in the line next to them to end up in front, while someone who has ordered previously is stuck in the second line with dim-witted mindless customers pull up as soon as they can while hugging the bumper of the car in front of them. I have seen multiple conflicts caused by this poor design. In addition, this place has a bad habit of telling customers to pull forward and park when they come to the drive-thru window. They do it quite often and sometimes when no one is even behind you. I usually tell them NO, I will wait RIGHT HERE until my food is ready. read more

After waiting 20 minutes I finally went inside whereupon the manager insisted I had not placed an order even while I showed him my paid receipt. He, then tried to blame it on problems with the mobile app. He even tried to tell me that the mcdonalds mobil app isn't really mcdonalds. Finally after arguing with me for at least 10 minutes saying i hadn't ordered anything, he thought to look at the paper tickets on the order slider. This McDonald's Location has the best icee machine. I would consider myself a McDonald's connoisseur and I occasionally indulge in a Frozen Dr. Pepper. If you haven't tried that before it's like a Dr. Pepper but frozen. A lot of other McDonald's I've been to have the syrup ratio off and you end up drinking ice with syrup but this McDonald's definitely maintains their slurpee machine and provides high quality frozen Dr peppers that are perfectly icy and not overly syrupy. Went through the drive through & ordered, staff acted like they didn't want to do their jobs! They made us park because we ordered 12 cookies. We waited literally 30 minutes! I ordered deluxe chicken sandwich no pickles, I got spicy chicken sandwich, no pickles. My wife's burger was dry and was missing the mayonnaise we requested, she didn't even eat it.
