Hello, I'm a husband and a father, I live right by this location. They make you so uncomfortable ordering, you can hear it in there voice that it's upsetting them that your ordering more then one item on the screen? I mean we've all heard that harsh is that it, is that it? They used to be like do you also want a cookie now I feel like they don't want you at the drive thru. I'm constantly having to tell them they forgot something. I'm almost positive the kid who took my order, poured water into the coke, it basically tastes like tap water seltzer, that's nice. read more

So I used to actually work here as a teenager at the time the food was better quality. A few times I've gone here recently with my daughter who has some food allergies. Everytime I order her sandwich the same way and they know me because they've seen me multiple times. They messed up her order five times if I did not check the order the outcome could have been catastrophic. They also make the sandwiches very sloppy three times I've ordered a cheeseburger only ketchup and have gotten upside down hamburger buns. Ketchup all over the outside of the buns and it's just disgusting. Then when you go in to have it fixed you get an attitude because no one wants to be there. The customer service needs work and they need some new grill employees. read more

Every time I go to this place at night I get the same crew. They are all careless, and not friendly or personable. We went and were the only people in line. Not busy. Not a complex order. Drive Thru order taker put my drinks in incorrectly. I corrected them at the window. And Im always polite. Im usually not a Karen. But I had to write this because the night crew is consistently awful. I worked at this McDonalds myself in school. I get it, it's a crappy job but it's a job and you need to learn to be friendly and courteous. The guy at the second Drive Thru window NEVER says hello, I have had him many times. He was having a conversation with someone in the parking lot while serving me. Was not paying attention to me--Made me feel invisible. And I always greet the employees happily and I am a friendly customer. It just really bums me out because this place used to have a great team and I worked there in the past, like I said. I knew how to treat the public and believe me we did have some aholes many a time so I get it. But I corrected the sodas and he just said nothing, was annoyed seemed like-then filled the small soda cup barely full. I was already feeling uncomfortable and didnt wanna ask for more ice. It was like 2 ice cubes in a barely full cup of Coke. He is just very unapproachable. Fries were old. Didnt put fudge on the fudge sundae like I asked. Sorry, but it's just not cool I get it's a crappy job believe me but the service here is TERRIBLE and I rarely leave reviews. If youre gonna be the Drive Thru greeter/order delivered you need to be a friendly and personable face that customers feel good engaging with. Not someone half assing it and ignoring you. read more

Went today and ordered a breakfast combo on the drive through window. When I went to pay the cashier had not ordered the potato patty included in the combo and didn't charge for it. She said go ahead to the next window and the person there will give you the potato patty. I did that and the lady who was delivering the combo did not include the potato patty. I told her that the cashier said I would get it. The delivery lady said in a very rude tone ". You didn't pay for it and I will not give it to you". This person should not work in any position that deals with customers. read more

This is one of the most reliable McDonald's I've been to. Hardly ever a wait, orders are almost always correct, and for the rare mistakes they've made, they were happy to correct them! Staff are always nice and upbeat which is fantastic and rare these days. Thank you all and stay safe! read more

There's something wrong with this drive thru twice now I had to wait an eternity at 730 at night for what was a very small order. There shouldn't be a five of six car wait that late. Car in front just had some cones why did It take so long?? Judging by the reviews here this is a common problem. By the way fries even hot. read more

This McDonalds Is the absolute worst ever only second to a truck stop McDonald's on the turnpike. Yes it's new and clean inside. The bathrooms have no heat and are extremely cold and that means in the summer they will be hot and smelly. The tiles are really pretty though. I live right down the street and stopped going there because of service as of tonight. I can't take it another second with a drive through that absolutely can not get even the simple order right. I only went back since I spoke with the new owner and he assured me things would change after the store upgrade. Nope I wouldn't bed a breath on it. The kids play area is still the same with new chairs . If you need a virus have you kids play in the slide that has never been professionally cleaned. How do I know? I climbed in it on Saturday as I have many times before convincing my kids and others to get out because we would like to go home now and douse you with sanitizer. What a dirty dirty play area. ( inside hello clean it already professionally like you are supposed to do ) The problem is the drive through. They do not give you a receipt and the orders are wrong 20% or more. I am being very conservative here so as not to hurt the owner who seems to be a really nice guy. Hey he just bought the place and tried to fix it up. There is only one good manager there. Older gentleman with a short crew cut. The place is absolutely useless without him. I am truly sorry this shop rips everyone off on a constant basis. over the last two months this is what they have failed and I took notes . 1. Half burgers on a bun 2. I ordered for my kids and I should have checked the bag and sure enough AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I get home and there is missing my kids food. May not be a big deal to some although this is a constant with this shop. The Plainville shop after 10 years going there I can't count a single mistake. This one forget it. If you must shop there check everything at the drive through every time. I will not buy from this shop. And yes I spend close to a thousand each year at fast food so it is good business for them. Profanity is much to kind in any combination for what this shop has caused by going here. My kids roll their eyes when I tell them I was going here... You would needs to bring out a magician and a unicorn with rainbows shooting out of it pitard to get me to spend a moment in your parking lot unless it's to use your free trash barrel to throw away a bag from Plainville and that would be an act of grace. Arrived at 8:55 I'm a Sr citizen but thought, "Why not try this ordering thingamabob." Entered my order after a few attempts and tried to pay but it sent me a message to go to a cashier. She instructed me to grab my receipt which came out of the aforementioned Thingamabob... so low I did not recognize there was a receipt dispenser. Paid for my items and proceeded to the "Ignore the customer" counter. There I waited 12 mins. Mind you 3 customers whom arrived several minutes after me seated and were served. My order was for 2 McMuffins and 1 McGriddle with sausage. The blonde haired manager stood with her back to this customer and watched while NO ONE was assembling meals. Service times are alright, but my two beefs with them are special orders, and the infamous "Shamrock Shakes". My fiancee regularly orders the same sandwich - an Angus Deluxe with bacon and mushrooms, and swiss instead of regular cheese (so it's sort of a hybrid between the Angus Deluxe and the Angus Mushroom & Swiss). Every other McD's we've been to has no problem with this, but this one fouls it up almost every time (putting both types of cheese on, forgetting the mushrooms or bacon, or just making a Mushroom & Swiss with none of the extra veggies/etc that belong on a Deluxe). Needless to say, we've learned not to order this sandwich through the drive-thru, as their drive-thru accuracy is even more dismal than usual. Now, I've gone to the drive-thru THREE TIMES to get McDonalds' famous Shamrock Shakes, and THREE TIMES they're "out of shamrock shake"; this is at different times of the day, across a 2-3 week period. Mind you, I'm not even going for food -- I just have a craving for the Shamrock Shakes that McD's advertises all over TV and everywhere else, and I end up driving away empty-handed. Once? Okay, they're popular, every location runs out once in a while. Twice? Bad timing on my part I guess. Three times? Seriously, do you guys even actually STOCK the stuff? read more

The kiosk system is bad enough but combine that with a rude staff and I absolutely hate this store. Ordered off kiosk, took my table # and then waited and waited. Turns out after 8:00 they don't bring out to table but who would know this as nothing anywhere says this. So instead my food sat there getting cold and I had to learn from the rude staff about the 8:00 rule that's "well, it's always been the rule". Never stepping into the place again. Hi , Do not go through the drive-thru and buy multiple items without thoroughly checking your order at the window. THEY WILL SHORT MEDIUM AND LARGE ORDERS EVERYTIME. I live locally and have three boys. I hit the fast food a few times a week and I have been to this one many many times because they are close to the house. On medium to large orders they ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS short you. Good for the manager and owner although BAD for you. I have brought this up to them many times with ZERO changes. I have had crying kids missing food and have not always had the time to go back. 1 dollar here 2 dollars there so it all adds up and not for the customer. Customer after customer. I hope they have enjoyed this policy to have a higher than average stock to profit ratio. Well I am sick of it and sick of the managers smile "Oh me so sorry" . It is not humanly possible for this to be an accident. I have gone there at least 52 times a year. Yes thats once a week. EVERY order placed with multiple items has ALWAYS been short through the drive thru. Inside they get the order right 99% of the time. They have even shorted 1 chicken nugget in the 4 peice nugget box. Seriously this must be happening to many folks that just are passing through and locals that just don't speak up. I have been in there eating with the kids and there is always someone walking in each visit pissed off wondering what happened with the bag. The folks that work in there seem to be quite intelligent so this is no accident. I will not go there anymore as of this morning and another short after the guy at the window repeated to me every item that was supposed to be in the bag. I did not check so they got one up on me until I got home and my kids were waiting for breakfast. The last straw after years of this BS so someone at McDonalds Corp is now going to here from me. I like McDonalds food although this store has a very bad policy and they need know. The McDonalds in North Attleboro is much much better with getting everything in the bag every time. They hire alot of young kids there that actually care about what they are doing and better managemant to boot. Again the McDonalds listed below has a drive thru policy to short the customer. Take the time at the window and count your items before you leave the window and maybe they will stop since it will increase there service counter.
