Worst experience ever at a McDonalds. Spent 35 minutes in the ride through and still had to go inside to get my food. It's like they forgot they told me to pull up. Throwing an Apple Pie in the bag doesn't make it up. There's definitely a lack of management at this location. Whoever the owner is has no business skills. This place is a disgrace and has been for many years. It's the closest one to my house. We used to eat there 3 - 5 times a week. If I had to guess I'd say that either the franchise changed hands in the early 2000's or the owners just gave up on trying to find decent management and employees back then. I check in and attempt to purchase food there once every few years to see if they've made any improvements. As of today, July 4th 2022 I'm disappointed to say they have not. The kid at the window that took the order seemed to do everything expected. But the shift manager lied to my face about my sandwich. One simple sandwich. Double cheeseburger no onions. I asked the manager if they remembered to leave off the onions and she paused for a minute then said yeah, they did. It had onions and enough ketchup for three sandwiches. This is the fourth time in ten years I've ordered at this location and it is the fourth time in a row that the order was wrong . Also there is a nasty dumpster smell coming out of the restaurant sometimes. It has been that way for years. I have to drive to Flomaton (25 miles away) for McDonald's. read more

This is located conveniently off the interstate, in a nice open area with green space perfect for walking dogs or stretching your legs. I usually have a good experience here, but employees today seemed tired and irritated. Maybe management has changed? I was falling asleep driving, so I ordered my usual pick-me-up -- an iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso. This is usually good, a little bitter but not too much, but today it was extremely bitter, and the ice cubes were melted. The hot fudge sundae was fine. Only other problem was they rang me up for an additional latte and seemed peeved when I asked them to remove it and correct my total. They seemed tired, and I feel tired, so maybe a mutual malaise. I will update the next time I stop in here. Hopefully I'll be able to give a better rating. For today, it was a bust. read more

Ordered teas through the drive thru, but when we got the drinks, we were given cold, old stale coffee. I had to drive back to the location, and explain to the manager what we received. She was rude and resistant to the idea of a refund. I had to be very insistent to get my money back. McDonald's, once again, proves the lack of concern for the customer service concept. read more

A zero star rating is to high for this resturant. After ordering I began to regret ever stopping. The drink counter was a total mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The food was luke warm, the ketchup dispenser was nasty (and empty), and a live roach was on the window sill. Never again will I stop there. read more

This may qualify as the worst McDonald's on the planet. They are slow and can't get the orders right. While I was waiting for my incorrect order to be replaced, another customer was asking for theirs to be replaced because "for as long as we had to wait I expected it to at least be warm." The worst McDonald's I have ever stepped foot into. -10 for customer service, -10 for getting my order right, and -10 for cleanliness. I have tried this location on a couple occasions and this last (3rd try) is my last. Could not understand whatever language the person was using to take my order, she kept interrupting me as I tried to give the order, then waited 15 minutes in the drive through to get the order and after driving 2 miles back home found they didn't even get the order right and had to go back. Usually all McDonalds are the same, but not this one. The employees just do not care. I mean yeah, it's McDonalds and you shouldn't expect TOO MUCH, but they don't try at all. It wasn't just someone having a bad day either, every single time I've been there they mess something up. One day my hamburger was cold and had 2 bottom buns, another time when I ordered a chicken sandwich the bread was stale, and don't expect them to get a special order (like "no ketchup" or "add lettuce") to be correct, they almost always make the sandwich as-is and ignore any request. read more

i went through the drive through for a filet o fish meal, i was told to pull to the side to a mobile pickup parking spot and wait, it had been about 10-15 minutes when i called the store number and asked where my meal was, the woman on the phone them proceeded to argue with me saying that she didn't have a mobile order for a filet o fish, getting loud with me, i explained that i was just told to pull in the spot, she brought me my food didn't say a word, and when i looked in the bag i was missing my fries, i went in irritated, and asked for my fries then she made rude comment how all i said was the sandwich, when she should have looked on the screen in the first place, while leaving i heard her saying obscenities towards me. read more

Placed order to go. Got 10 minutes down the road and our 2 Big Macs had 1 patty on them each and it was about 1/2 the size of what it should have been. We called the store 3 times and got hung up on. The McDonalds down in town, is the worst, what is up with not having Diet Dr Pepper day after day, after day? The service is slow and then them getting orders mixed up or not completing orders, items missing. I would rather drive to the McDonalds out by the interstate, much quicker, food is fresher and workers are much friendlier. I have to constantly check for straw in the bag if it is not handed out with the drink, asking for napkins which many times are missing. I just wish they would put this town McDonald out of their misery, or get with the program on customer service and orders right! read more

This is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We have given it numerous chances thinking maybe it would change and it hasn't. The food is never fresh. It's supposed to be fresh beef made right when you order and the food was ready right as we drive up. Needless to say it was not fresh or even hot for that matter. If you order a McFlurry don't expect them to actually flurry it up. The just put some ice cream in the cup and put the cookie bits that are supposed to be mixed in to it on the top of the ice cream. We asked if it was supposed to be mixed up and they replied "yeah, but they are lazy and don't do it". Or when you order a ice cream cone and they say their ice cream machine is down yet the car in front of you gets an ice cream cone. You don't really want to go to a restaurant and see people scratching their noses and then grabbing your food or wearing their pants so low you see their underwear. These people for sure don't care about the food they are serving you. Take my advice and drive a little further down the road to the McDonald by the casino. They are much better. read more
