From what I'm understanding, the delivery truck only comes on Tuesdays and for the last month I have been at the restaurant on Monday morning to eat breakfast twice both times they have been short on things the first time they had no vegetables or fruit for their omelettes or pancakes. This past Monday I went they had a list of things that they didn't have available the most important being bacon. How can you run out of bacon?
