As I say about Taco Bell.............It is not Mexican food. Yes it resembles and the food is names after Mexican food. I am from Arizona and I know what real Mexican food it. Putting that aside. I eat there because it is quick, all places serve the same food and it all tastes fine. I enjoy eating there when I am out and about around town or on vacation. All the stores are usually clean but they all look like they could use a good deep cleaning. I suspect it is more the decor that the lack of cleaning. It just does not look crisp. This location is the absolute worst. Every time I go here I'm in the drive thru at a minimum of 15 minutes. Today, I waited at the speaker for 5 min and no one answered. I pulled up to the window to order. The person took my order correctly, which was 2 cheese roll ups, an order of nacho fries with an extra cup of cheese. I only received one cup of cheese and it was in a cup that is half the normal portion. I didn't have time to go back around and wait another 15 min for the other cup of cheese that I was charged for. read more

The wait in the drive through was too long for fast food. The gentleman that took our order was rude at the window. Our food was correct but absolutely terrible. The tortillas were old and disgusting. The food looked like someone sat on it. Not a fan of this location. read more

People of Cannonsburg don't go to the Taco Bell /KFC. I've been there many times in the last year, and they have really taken a nose dive! Wait times are way too high, food quality isn't what it should be, and the customer service is disappointing! Today, I waisted 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting in line in the drive thru. Just to get a crunch wrap that with all the meat shifted to one side and the other side gaping open and the toppings spilling out. These 20 minute wait times are not uncommon if you go anytime after 11:30 so I should have know better. But I went anyway! I thought drive thru and fast food restaurants had time quotas on food outputs... well if this store does then they aren't meeting them on the best of days. And miserably failing on the bad days. One day two weeks ago food had to be returned because the meat was gross and inedible. Gentle complaints have been made to managers, and the owners, by myself and others, over the last several months and no changes have been made. And they always have an excuse on why TODAY's food/service was poor. Maybe someday they will go back to the to the KFC/Taco Bell we use to have but it look to be heading that way at this time. I won't be going back and I will be urging everyone I can to steer clear. Maybe if enough people stop coming or cause a fuss they will improve. read more

If the drive thru line went any slower it would be going backwards. I was the fourth car back in the drive thru, it took 35 minutes to get through 4 cars. Would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry read more

We were in a pinch so we went through the drive thru hoping to get lucky. no such luck. part of the order was missing and what made it to the bag was either incorrect or just made terribly. the tacos were missing the meat and the sour cream, and the food was put together so sloppily that it fell apart in the wrapper. If I could give 0 stars I would. Yes we all have issues at all fast food places. It happens. But this place really is ridiculous. 1. They don't even know their own menu. I asked for a side of potatoes, the .50¢ ones. They charge me for festa potato's $1.30. 2. They are rude. We waited 20 mins for our food and some guy with a neck tattoo opened the window and said "what's up"... uh, waiting on our food? The dude finally gives us the food, and says "want any sauces?" We say yes and tell him what we want. He throws a few things in the bag, then hands it off. We look after we pull off, NO sauces. Like how?? You literally asked us what we wanted lol. 3. A rediculous wait for lunch on a Saturday. Waiting at the counter for 8 minutes without being helped was 1st clue. Line behind us was 6 deep by the time we ordered. It took another 10 minutes to receive food after our order was quite frustrating. Lone seating server (taking and making orders for seated customers) took out drive-thru orders TWICE during the 18 minutes we were at the counter. Having only 4 employees for a KFC/Taco Bell drive thru is horrendous management. What a shame ... If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Went through the drive through a few weeks ago. There were 3 cars in front of me. After I placed my order I waited in line at the drive through for a good 20 minutes. The car in the very front of the line had to pull to a parking space to wait on chicken. It is a KFC&Taco Bell. Why did the car hold up the line just to be told to pull into a spot to wait on his chicken? When I pulled up to the window the staff are yelling back&forth what they need. I was given someone elses order. So glad I looked in the bag. When I arrived home my food was made wrong. I asked for no tomatoes on anything&instead it appeared to have extra tomatoes. I don't even wanna give them one star. They messed up and I called about it so I could get a refund. The food was NOT fresh at all there was barely anything on my tacos so I basically some shells. I do have pictures on this one. So anyway I called and they told me to come back. Lady I just drove 10 mins to you I'm not coming back. I'm home. So,she told me she will tell the manager in the morning and he will call me around noon. I never got a call from anybody so I wasted $20 for what we got. I called back around 3 pm to see if they maybe were busy or something and they said there is no note anywhere to be found. Some customer service....
