Service was slow but the people were super friendly and nice. Several locals in there enjoying their Saturday morning breakfast. Stopped here for breakfast on our long road trip - super clean establishment. We were the only ones masked up (2 adults + 2 kids) but were didn't feel like the odd ones. Standard Breakfast chain fare - I actually thought in my mind the pot roast hash was going to be super unhealthy- I was completely wrong. Home fries were crisp and not oily - my over easy eggs were perfectly runny and egg white - white! The pot roast was on the dry side but that is expected. Growing up I absolutely loved it here, but this place has severely gone downhill and it breaks my heart! The best server was Frank but he sadly passed away and it hasn't been the same since!! Our food is always undercooked especially the pancakes, they're left wet and doughy inside! The environment is clean and not bad. read more

Most Bob Evans restaurants are the same. The server was friendly and efficient and the food was good. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without a bun, and onion rings, it was good. If you like Bob Evans restaurants, you will like this one. read more

I'm giving them three stars because the food server was absolutely amazing. Her name was Nanette and she was just the sweetest! I never had to ask for more coffee and she made sure to come check on us. Now the food on the other hand was a big disappointment. My son said he was fine He had the basic eggs, bacon, toast I had scrambled eggs that were cold sausage that was cold in the middle and potatoes that were hard and undercooked with no flavor, and my pancakes were undercooked very doughy. Because my waitress was so sweet I felt bad because I had already sent back my bacon and when they brought it back to me, you could tell it had been microwaved which made it very hard so I was afraid to say anything else. And when I say it was microwaved, I say that with knowledge I've been a food server for over 30 years and I know when they try to nuke bacon lol. Besides that everything else was OK they weren't very busy which was one of the reasons why I couldn't understand why my food was still so cold. read more

Typical Bob evans food and environment. The food was fair and the service was ok.. not overly quick. I know how long it takes to cook eggs and it was a LOT longer than that.. and the place was empty except for two older guys that were hanging out drinking coffee. Will NEVER visit again!!! A family of 4 who came in after us got their drinks..appetizers....rolls all before we even got drinks. After our waitress finally came and took our drink, appetizer, main course and dessert order. We sat and sat and sat and sat... the waitress came over and ask "oh what kind of bread did you want?" Told her again and she walked away saying she would bring it right out along with our soup. We never seen her until 20 min later she bring out our main course and then says "Oh let me get your soup" at this point I've had enuff. They never brung out our bread..or soup. But your bringing me the main course and never once gave us silverware. The. She wants to tell us that she's the waitress for whole place. Outstanding Broasted-Fried Chicken. Perfect stop if you are overnighting, just off I-64 and pretty much just across the street from the Hampton Inn. We needed a quick meal and the chicken sounded good - then it came and oh yes it was hot, seasoned nicely, two big pieces to an entree, chose dark or light meat, and good crunch to the crust. They lost a star because of the mashed potatoes, which were meh compared to the chicken. The dinner started with a basket of your choice of bread - again outstanding, I had the blueberry sweet bread and DH had the biscuits with honey. Then came the chicken - don't be in a big hurry it takes a little while to do chicken right. I had the glazed carrots on the side, so nice to have a more unusual choice! Quick, friendly service, comfort food, easy in and out even right at supper time, and $24 total including tip. read more

For Thanksgiving this year we decided to order the Farmhouse Feast online. Ordering could not have went better. Fast and easy. Was ready for us at the appointed time. Food was the best!!!!!! Service certainly tends to be a bit quicker than some other regional locations. I make it a point to order an Arnold Palmer when stopping, which Bob Evans makes so well. I often stop at this location for lunch or dinner service but based on my experiences thus far it's safe to say they probably do breakfast well also. read more

The ribs were advertised as BBQ but the only thing resembling BBQ was the sauce. They were obviously cooked in the oven, poorly. The fries, slaw, bread, sweet tea and service was good. read more

Hostess was very rude, waitress was trying to be nice to make up for the hostess but it was obvious, took forever and a day to get our food (we kept seeing it sitting at the server window, but others were served first before we got there!), then of course it wasn't even hot...honestly just mediocre warm! Couldn't even make a compliant to the manager he was too busy trying to help work the kitchen. Understand when a place is short of help....but was really was ridiculous!
