I was in a rush getting from point A to B and breakfast was a need today. This location was right on my way. I hit the drive thru. They have one of those double drive thrus to speed up the process. At 8 in the morning on a week day my wait was short. I went classic and got an egg McMuffin meal with unsweetened iced tea. Some places over brew their iced tea. This was spot on. This Location Still Sucks! Two cars in drive-thru. I was the second. I was pulled out of line to wait 15 minutes for cold, bland food. I have not been at this location in the past two years where I was not forced to wait, even with no other vehicles in front, or behind. The more premium the burger the colder and older the food is. It's like they recycle other food that has been sitting around to cannibalize and make your order. Fries were already old and stale within 10 minutes of cutting over from breakfast to lunch. Wendy's is a block down 64th, try that instead. Better food, better service, better management and you won't have to wait 15 minutes for horrible food. read more

I'm so sick of this place. It is awful more times than not. Why is the food never fresh here? There is a certain expectation that places like this are consistent in their products...well, the only consistency here is that it is consistently bad. I went here tonight and ordered the two cheeseburger meal. I bit into the first cheeseburger, and the bun was completely crunchy! I thought maybe it was a fluke so I bit into the second one and the bun was crunchy on that one as well! I decided to abandon the main course in hopes that the fries might be the redeeming part of my dinner, but I should have known better. I can't give this place any business ever again. You never get your food at the window I always have to drive around the corner and wait forever. Today was the last straw we got a double qb meal and a nugget meal with coke and Diet Coke. When are order was finally brought out neither drink was marked. The fries were room temp at best and were saturated with oil and inedible. So after waiting for ten minutes we had to go and couldn't return the fries. When we got home and were able to get into it we found the nuggets were also room temp and my double qp didn't have all the cheese the top patty looked like it ran over by a car. I ordered two iced vanilla coffees and told me to park! parking lot was full i had to part infront of aspire and walk over to get my COFFEES! So disappointing. Terrible, unprofessional service. I pulled into one of the two drive thru lanes. the inside lane was moving at an even clip, with cars passing through (at least 3 while the car in front of me waited.) She was finally helped and I pulled up. I sat while 3 more cars in the inside lane were helped. I finally starting saying "hello," trying to make sure they were actually helping the outside drive thru lane. The third time I said 'hello' this employee gets on the microphone and in a very disrespectful tone say, "sir please wait." I drove off in disgust. I have not been "inside" a MCD's in some time, though being greeted with that oh so familiar dirty washcloth smell brought be back to the days before where I'd go into a mikkie d's for a treat edging on my obesity and diabetes forward just a bit. Though i do wonder however, if we will ever get to a point where "spicy chick biscuit with folded egg" comes out as such, rather than the oh to common disappointment of chicken with cheese. :-/ While i know it's a tedious, complex, and time consuming process to read the screen or ticket, and assemble a meal in real time, how pretty much everyone else does it with high accuracy will forever be lost on me, when an empty store and 2 cars in the drive through results in an order i didnt want, an paying more for the product that was delivered. thanks again for taking my treat ambition and turning it into crap on a biscuit. For once the happy meals weren't missing parts to them, but the drive through menu screen was broken so it was hard to order, they missed my tea, and my McDouble was literally missing the hamburger patty! This is quite possibly the worst Mc Donald's in the state. They always miss something in our family's order and someone's food is always cold. I order the same thing for all three children's happy meals and seeing that neither my husband or myself steer from the normal menus items, no special this or that, no adding or holding anything. I'm not sure how they always mess up our order and or forget something. Then when I go back through the drive through they get annoyed that I am annoyed about forgetting food. The last few times I have been here in the drive through line, from the time my card is swiped on the receipt until I get my food is typically an average of 10 minutes after being asked to park in the waiting stall and being forgotten. I can't say I have ever received an actual full container of french fries either, it always seems as if half fell back into the holding compartment and no one cared to get the fries in there. When the ladies are working the drive through,the store seems to be a bit more on point. Other then that I have nothing positive to say about this location. read more

Why do I even keep trying to get unsweetened tea from McDonald's period? Probably because of the It's-Only-A-Dollar appeal. Everytime I order UNsweet tea, it's a 50/50 chance I'll get what I actually order. I pretty much have the SIMPLEST request when I come by- just a large unsweet tea. How is that difficult to comprehend? It's ON THE SCREEN in front of you- it's basic READING SKILLS. I got a wild card last night- they STARTED filling my cup with SWEET tea, and then apparently caught their mistake and finished filling it with UNsweet... why? Why not DUMP OUT the SWEET tea and fill it with UNsweet? If I ask for UNsweet, clearly I DON'T want it to be SWEET, even SEMI-sweet. Not to mention this location is always hit or miss when I order an unsweet tea after about 8pm. They'll take my order, AND my payment, then upon getting to the second window THEN they'll inform me they're out of unsweet tea for the evening and ask if I want something else. I usually avoid sweet drinks, including soda. So it's ridiculous when I'm being refunded a whopping $1.08 because no one wants to inform me upon ORDERING an unsweet tea, they are in fact OUT of unsweet tea... Now before anyone thinks, "wow, it's just tea, calm down"- hear me out. Every time (EVERY TIME) I order, I enunciate UNsweet tea (hence why I am writing the review this way), check the outside ordering screen to see it was entered correctly, and CHECK MY RECEIPT to be double sure, before leaving the first window so I know for sure they have the correct order on their screen and I wasn't unintentionally paying for a sweet tea. I'm not ordering $50 worth of McDonald's with changes to every item, all I'm asking for is ONE drink, ONE way. Would anyone be okay with ordering a Sprite and having it filled half way with Dr.Pepper and then topped with Sprite? No, you'd want what you ordered and paid for. Staff was intimidatingly friendly and hospitable. I came in and they asked like a bullet out of a gun if I needed anything. From the quality and complex flavor notes of the QPC (quarter pounder with cheese) to the customer service that was brought to the table upon which I was feasting, this created a memorable dining experience that I shan't forget for years and years into the future until the day of my inevitable death. This food, if only for a brief moment, helped me escape the infinite, unending sea of voices that constantly surround me and demand I do unspeakable acts to others.
