I like this Mcds because it is usually not very busy so I can get through fast. Havent had any problems here.

I got the mc today for breakfast and they got my bagel wrong. I ordered a bacon egg n cheese bagel NO breakfast sauce. I got a bagel w sausage and breakfast sauce. My carmel frappe has no carmel in it, and the service took 30 minutes to get my food, with not a very long line. They need to get better staff and customer service! I was through the drive this morning and I told the girl taking the money (correct change) I needed the receipt. She closed the window for a little bit and then opened it and I said I need my receipt please. She closed the windows again and stood there. I got aggravated and went to the next window to get my food. That's the first experience there today. The other one was this afternoon and and the kid that took my order didn't say how much or what window to go to. Nobody was at the window where they usually take the money so I drove forward to the next window. The lady at that window got aggravated and said well he was just ran back there. And, then my moms holiday pie was completely mangled. This McDonald's is usually unsatisfactory anyway so I should have been surprised! read more

As a traveler, the men's bathroom was disgusting. I ordered a double cheeseburger and large fries. The burger had only 2 buns and 2 meat. Literally. No cheese, ketchup, onion, pickles... The fries were served cold even cooked and not even seasoned. Absolute the worst McDonald's. I do not recommend stopping here if you travel on the road since there will be no turning back. so we usually go here at least twice a week and one time me and my mom ordered just fries and some drinks. the lady at the drive thru window handed us our drinks but my tea was a small when it was supposed to be a medium and my mom politely told her that the sizes were incorrect but she kept insisting that the cup size was a medium when it was clearly a small. when my mom finally proved to her that she got the sizes wrong, the worker didn't say anything or even apologize and shut the window and didn't even give us the correct size tea. never saw that lady again so im assuming she got fired read more

Very friendly employees. This is a fairly new McDonald's, and they share their building with a couple other businesses. I like the new look of McDonald's--clean, open, and the WiFi worked. It's standard McDonald's fare: burgers, drinks, fries, breakfast menu, etc. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The bathroom smells like a sewer to the point you have to hold your breath or gag for five minutes. Once you are out of there you get waited on fast by the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a large Hazelnut iced coffee (that was BOLDED on the menu) the woman typed it in and finished our order. When I got my drink it was a large Carmel iced coffee. I looked at it and told her that I ordered a Hazelnut, she replied that they did not have it. So instead of telling me that they did not have it, they ASSUMED that I can drink Carmel and enjoy it. Ha-Zel-Nut and Car-Mel are two completely different words and have no similar sounds in them. I paid $2.50 for a drink that I had to throw away because it was so disgusting. Overall, this is the worst McDonald's that I have ever stepped in and would suggest driving to the Burger King at the next exit. read more

This was one of the most unhygienic restaurants I have ever been in. From the guy doing the frying who didn't look like he had bathed or shaved in weeks to the girl working the drive thru who repeatedly wiped her nose with her hand then went right back to what she was doing. I Ordered latte and breakfast burrito. Coffee was genital scaring hot ,black,back burner brew.that should have been thrown out hours ago ( if not the day it was originally boiled). It was most certainly not fresh espresso and not one drop of milk. It was hot. Thus, earning them second star. The first star is for (without getting out of the vehicle) food (that did not make me vomit) close call but I kept it down$ ! Transaction was efficient. I am adverse to most all food from McDonald's save for the fries and maybe fillet o fish with mustard ( McD's tarter sauce has hit me before). I am sure the local stray dog population appreciates the food that is thrown out the car windows after just one bite away from the drive up window. Don' t eat and drive! No baby changing table in bathrooms. Overall smell of raw meat throughout lobby. I have never smelled that before in a McDonald's before.

The people are friendly, sometimes, but the service could be worked on. Waiting in line for 5 minutes without be acknowleged is horrible service. I left and went to Dairy Queen across the street and had service in a timely manner. I will never be going back to this McDonalds! Pick up te pace people, waiting in drive at the window for 4 minutes for a coke is beyond insane. Fix the service and I may consider going back. read more

I just went thru your drive thru in Arcola. Not a soul inside I'm the only one in drive thru place my order and he tells me to pull up to window #2. 5 mins and 18 seconds later he hands my food out to me..I checked the bag to make sure everything was in the bag..food was cold as is always is so I already knew I would have to heat it up in microwave when I get home.. I ordered a #3 with mustard pickle and extra onion..I opened cold sandwich and I mean cold when the damn cheese isn't even melted and there's NO MUSTARD A PICKLE SMALLER THAN A DIME AND A FEW SLIVERS OF ONION. I also ordered a side order of tarter sauce and paid 30 cents for a quarter sized squirt. I don't mind paying for the tarter sauce but you get more sweat n sour in a packet than you do tarter sauce that you have to pay for is ridiculous. I'm a mystery shopper and if I were to mystery shop your Arcola and Tuscola stores you would get a very bad review. This is very annoying you pay good money for crappy food and having to deal with untrained ungrateful help.. read more
