You know what you get with fast food. Mornings, we havent been to in awhile but only had 1 bad cup of coffee of a thousand we have had at this store, it tasted burnt. Afternoons is a roulette wheel of oders getting mixed up, if you dont mind unpacking your order to see if its all there then this store is above average! Went to McDonalds for lunch today and thought this might be a decent location based on how full their parking lot and that they were lined up in the drive thru. I was worng as the reason they were full was because of the parents who brought their kids to play on the playground and their slow service not demand was what backed up the drive thru. After using the restroom, I went inside and had no wait to place an order for two burgers and a small fry. I was not greeted, but asked can I take your order. I almost answered no, I am just here to say hello but thanks for asking. I did ask for catsup only, and they were made correctly. Issues were with wait times, cleanliness, and quality of fries. It took 14 minutes for 4 managers and at least seven employees to make my order and hand it to me without saying thank you, have a nice day, come again, or happy holidays; just my order number and here. I watched at least five if not seven orders going out the drive thru window. They were lined up three deep waiting for people to come. It was obvious that carryout or dine in were low priority even with three in sandwich prep area and order pickers. I watched my burgers sit there for at least five minutes waiting for me. The fries were strange, a mixture of half cooked, perfect in every way, and multifried ultra crispy. Each time I reached for a fry, it was a surprise as to how it was cooked. I understand inconsistency from order to order, but the inconsistency from fry to was amazing. Despite the number of managers on duty and employees on the clock the floors were disgusting and the dining room a mess. Based on their numbering system and bring it out to their tables routine for dine in, you wonder two things. 1. Do they bring it out because they don't want hungry, hangry people staring at them while they work ineptly or inefficiently? 2. Why do they bring out an order to one table and walk back empty handed as they pass a table with no customers and a tray full of trash? In almost fifteen minutes the only trash put in the trash was done by the customers and not by the employees or managers. Bathroom floors were as dirty as the dining room, they had a lot of pubic hair around the urinal, and counter had water all over it. I wonder when the last time bathroom was looked at or cleaned. It will be awhile before I return to this McDonalds based on my experience today. I am giving them a two because I am in the holiday spirit as I question if they earned that. read more

Terrible example. Hit or miss on this restaurant. Tonight was a complete failure. 1 wrong order. 2 order of nuggets cold, and 1 sandwhich where it appears meat was pulled off another order. Unable to eat sandwich as meat was cold. Set the bar low for next visit in 6 months after you have cycled through this group of employees. read more

My brother just turned 6 today and decided to go here for his birthday.First , He ordered a Happy meal. My other brother ordered the same thing. Next,I ordered a number 7 ( 10 chicken nuggets ) and then mediam fries.Then , my Dad ordered a small chicken sandwich. I decided to watch them make our food. I first saw the kitchen.It was dirty if you looked closely. I Actually Saw A Worker Push Trash Under The Cooking Things To Hide It ! My chicken nuggets were from a bag and I'm assuming Not Fresh. Then all our orders came in.It took a long time.Then comes the tasting.My Dad's and my brothers' orders were perfect.My order tasted bland and dehydrated (the nuggets) My fries were good. It's McDonald's food, so you know what you're getting. The service can be excruciatingly slow, though. Drive-thru and counter service seem to be getting a reputation for being terribly slow. The last time was there, it was moderately busy, but it literally took 20 minutes and once the food started coming up, it was incomplete. Staff made no apology or even seemed to care how awful the service was. Bottom line; don't go in there if you don't have time to waste. read more

OK, so the Franchisee, Jim Maynard is willing to let his Angola IN unit to go down the proverbial tube by allowing his under trained and poorly supervised/managed team members to continue with their low standards. As a former restaurant industry manager I was stunned when Mr. Maynard did not even bother to acknowledge my call much less respond personally to my message left at his franchise corporate office. We (my wife, one of my children, and myself) stopped for a quick dinner after a swim meet at the local YMCA. After being forced to use the touchscreen kiosk (I prefer a person), $18+, and a system time stamp of 7:30pm our food finally arrived at system time 7:48pm. WHAT? The conversations that we had to listen to during our wait were incredible, the fire alarm on the playground door went off for approximately 2 minutes before it was acknowledged and then the manager on duty had not been show what to due in that instance. She finally figured out how to work it. When we were leaving I asked for the franchisees contact information and told the MOD what had happened. That person proceeded to give excuses instead of just listening and offering only an apology. If I wanted to spend that kind of time at a "restaurant" and was willing to spend $5 or so dollars more I would have gone to a sit down and been properly served. It's fast food people, get with the program. It's the service industry people, get with the program. Again, I say Jim Maynard possible should investigate other ventures not in the service industry. HE HAS NO CLUE. If he would like someone to step in and give his staff and management some training on World Class service I would be glad to do it for a price and if they can't follow the simple steps to it they should be terminated. In the mean time avoid the Angola IN McDonald's and any others in their franchise network. read more

The service was pretty slow. I waited at least 30 minutes for a Big Mac and fries during. The parking situation isn't the best either, you need to park on the other side of McDonald's or you get blocked by the line of cars if park on the entrance side. The Big was good, but the service left something to be desired. read more

They lock the inside at least 30 minutes before they close every night. I come late with my friends often and we are always deterred to the taco Bell across the street because of this. On top of that the service is terrible and they often mess up orders. I once got asked if my two large cokes were for here or to go, then took much longer than it should have to get my two cups. Disgusting!!! We stopped here during a road trip from WI to VA. It has a Playplace and we thought it would be a good place to let our 3 yr old run around for a bit. The Playplace was filthy! Food everywhere, sticky floors, just gross. We planned to get food until my husband witnessed a worker dip her entire bare hand into the chocolate for the dipped cones. Both the men's and women's restrooms were very dirty and had flies in them. My husband watched a worker leave the restroom after using it without washing his hands. When he told the manager about this she shrugged and walked away. I generally think of McDonalds as a reliable place to stop. They are generally clean and appear to be sanitary.
