Our order was completely wrong. We ordered a McDouble meal, but the 4-piece nuggets were missing. We also ordered a Ranch Snack Wrap meal and received a Spicy Snack Wrap instead. On top of that, we asked for ketchup for our four meals and were only given two packets. When we politely asked for more and explained we had four meals, the staff responded rudely. Me and my boyfriend wanted to grab something easy before going into to work today and decided on McDonalds. Worst mistake ever. We got a number 7 (two chz bgr meal) with EXTRA ONIONS AND PICKLE. i received a total of 3 pickles on each burger. With barely any onions (most of them was in the wrapper.) this place is so disappointing everytime. How hard is it to count pickles and slap some onions on a burger.?? This place needs new management and new employees (ones that can count pickles)(or read a receipt). And not only that we ordered a chocolate chip frappe and a regular mocha. They ended up putting chocolate chips on the top of the mocha one and put chocolate on the chocolate chip one. We told the girl at the window and all she offered to do was slap chocolate on one that was supposed to get chocolate and added chocolate chips on the other one. Didn't even offer to remake them just topped them with more crap. Mind you our order was $30.76. The only food that came correct was my boyfriend spicy chickens. Y'all need to do something about y'all's workers asap. Slapping toppings together on a frappe and receipts on burgers without even putting their correct toppings is a horrible way to manage a store and a great way to lose customers!! There's good and bad about this place. Food is pretty consistent with any other McDonald's you'd come across. About a week ago I had asked for an ice water. The gentleman said one moment then came back and said "she said no". I never said I wouldn't pay for it if that was the issue. It was later at night so it wasn't busy but they also weren't even close to closing yet. It just seemed rude that I wasn't even offered to pay for it or whatever. Anyhow, today was the last straw for me. I had an online order for a soda and an ice cream cone. When I was handed the ice cream cone it was wrapped in a napkin and was already dripping all over. It's not like it was very hot out either, around 60 degrees today and it was already melting before it was even handed to me. I had asked for a cup because it was clearly making a mess. The woman came back and said something along the lines of next time I should order a sundae otherwise I'll have to pay like 26 cents for the cup. I wouldn't have asked for the cup if it wasn't spilling all over. I understand those things cost them money, but these snide comments now from two separate workers make it hard to want to be a customer. People spend their hard earned money and it doesn't matter if it's McDonald's or a 5 star restaurant. If I'm paying for an ice cream cone it shouldn't be already melting and wrapped in a napkin when it's handed to me. I feel like it would be more common sense to OFFER the cup if you already SEE IT MELTING. If you could give a ZERO rating I would. Today after leaving the hospital with our sick child. We stopped by to get something to eat. The old woman taking the orders was so rude to us while we were ordering and kept interrupting us with "is that it/ are you done". I asked if she could give us a minute to order our food before asking if we were done! We get to the window to pick up our food, and lo and behold they didn't give us all of our food. We told them we were short a large fry the old dusty woman taking our order came to the window and said I'm the one that took your order and I didn't hear you ask for a large fry, like she wasn't interrupting us our whole order. Said it would be 3.50 cash I kid you not, thank god for my husband driving off. She needs fired. The food we did get was horrible. Fry's were old and cold. Hamburger was almost raw not cooked long enough. Chicken nuggets were okay but he didn't get the large fry with his meal. The dr peppers we got were almost straight syrup. Never know when this location will be opened or closed. Able to place mobile orders even when the location is closed because they decide to close early on a Saturday* night. If you can operate until 12, why can you not operate one more hour until scheduled closing time? Then you let 5-6 cars sit in the drive thru for 15+ minutes because you are too lazy to tape up a sign that says "closed early because we are going home early." read more

I would give no stars but no option for that. Ice cream machine is always broke. Order is always wrong. I totally get not adding certain items to order at pay window, such as items to be cooked. However an ice cream cone or a drink?! Never a pleasant at this location. I will pay more elsewhere for better service than to stop here again. read more

Somebody once told me that if you can't say anything good then don't say anything at all, in the case of this McDonald's it is very difficult to find something good to say, technically the food should be fantastic in a junk food kind of way, yet it is never fresh never hot , the staff are so unfriendly , I guess you get what you pay for, having said that I do like the sausage biscuits. read more

i wish i could rate a 0 but i guess that isn't an option. this girl took my order 5ft away from the speaker, and i ordered and Lg fry and she rung it up as a Lg sprite. my items did not pop up on the screen after ordering so i pulled up to the first window and she asked what i got. i didn't get a mf sprite. another lady fixed my order then when i proceeded to get to the second window to get my food a lady told me that we need to check the screen (that wasn't even on there) before we reach the first window like it was my fault. 0/10 do not order there. read more
