Ordered 2 apple pies had to wait for my order at the last window. Drove home, looked at the boxes to find the best by stickers peeled off. I open the box to see it's not apple pie. I call and they say they don't have apple pies and to come back tomorrow or tonight for refund. I came back and they will not return my money. Why waste so much of my time? This McDonald's is okay. The employee at the first window should be more personable and have better people skills. He has been here for quite some time and if I were a manager here I would stress that he must be a bit more friendly. It seems that he is just in a routine and don't care about the customer that helps his paycheck. The service is okay. Honestly, no one goes to McDonald's expecting the greatest service or the best food. But compared to every other McDonald's I've ever been to, this one is by far the worst I've ever seen. I went through the drive thru which always takes forever. I got an iced coffee and an orange juice. They told us to park in the curbside spot and they would bring out the drinks. It took them like 10 minutes to come outside and bring our drinks and they brought two coffees instead of the orange juice. I tried explaining that the order was wrong but the man didn't seem to understand me. So I went back through the drive thru and told them my issue. Once again they had me park in the same spot. The second time the man comes out, he still brings out two coffees. Then he proceeds to tell me that they're out of orange juice and have been all morning. Like why did no one tell me that? Anyway I took the coffees with disappointment. The other times I've come here, the ice tea always tastes stale and old which makes me think there is little to no quality control at this McDonald's. Even though this is the closest location to where I live, I will be going out of my way from now on to go to another location. The bar for McDonald's is already on the floor, but somehow this McDonald's managed to lower it to subterranean levels. Literally a nut In your mouth every-time!!!! They never miss the burgers are immaculate no cap! No soggy fries ever and the buns are always gorgeous always perfect and toasty I've never ever had a bad meal here the best McDonald's in town by far. They shorted me my food and went back and the cashier was rude so I asked for the manager (bald dude) and he was a jerk and threatened to call the cops on me. First off I sat at the drive thru intercom for 5 mins before giving up on getting anyone to take my order, then I get to the window and the lady acts like I'm the idiot for asking if there's something wrong with the intercom...she then informs me it's broke and gets agitated when I suggest putting up a sign...and then I place my order, didn't get ANYTHING I ordered. Not only are fries stale, short and refried several times but the chicken and burgers are always COLD but the service is even worst than the food. Went to drive thru today with a very high school aged guy at second window with his ears pieced named Isaac, who gave such attitude for no reason. Simply asked for ketchup for a LARGE fries then he started giving one packet at a time till he refused to give more ketchup after we reached a grand amount of three total. This McDonald's literally is the worst. Number 1, there is more homeless people in the parking lot than there were soldiers on the shores of Normandy. So if you manage to fight your way through those troops, then you go inside and it looks like the floor hasn't been cleaned since Trump was president. Reading through these reviews is hilarious and also ridiculous and it's crazy that management here is obviously doing nothing to improve this location. I placed a mobile order today and went to go pick it up. I waited for a ridiculous amount of time before a manager came and handed me half my order and told me the ice cream machine was "broken" and to get a refund through the app. I told him I didn't know how to do that and I didn't think you could (spoiler alert, you CANT) he insisted I could and that there no way to give me a refund in person since the payment was processed through "the internet" ??? Um ok whatever, he was friendly enough I guess and apologized so I go to another store and get my ice cream. Then I go home, get on the app and NOPE you can not get a refund through the app. So I called the first store and the lady says I have to come back to get a refund, ugh, so I drive all the way back there, tell them what happened through the speaker and again have to wait so long at the window before anyone even comes up (while a huge line piles up behind me) finally a girl come to the window and tries to hand me someone else's food ?? I tell her the whole thing again and she says "oh I'm pretty sure you do need to go through the app" meanwhile my brain cells die and I try not to explode but she says she will double check with her manager. Finally her managers comes out and says she CAN give me a refund but she needs the card I used, ok well I placed mg order through the app specifically because I don't have the card with me!!! She says there's nothing she can do without the card. She doesn't apologize or anything. So basically I paid for food that I never got and there is nothing they will do to help me. One job to do and still botched my order. Ordered one double cheese burger with white cheddar as a substitute; you are not supposed to get charged for a substitute. Not only was I charged for extra cheese the employee put one cold white cheddar on the bun because the second cheese (American cheese) was melted on the burger. So slow that I made a comment out loud to someone that looked like a manager as she was walking by. The cashier had gone to a back office apparently to get some bills or change or something. The food is decent as always. However, I ordered through the app and had it so that I would be able to pick it up at the curbside. I waited for nearly 20 minutes at the curbside with nobody going out to me. I had to actually go inside, ask them where my order was, and it was just sitting in there waiting for me. The receipt even said that it was for a curbside delivery too, but nobody even bothered to bring it out for me. I was enjoying soft serve with my man in the parking lot of this not so lovely restaurant and (at least) 3 local jerks came up to our car and harassed us. This startled My companion and he then spilled ice cream onto his undergarments, so I went inside to get a few napkin. As I was back in the car, I began to help clean up the mess and some janitor throwing the trash out knocked on the window and called us perverts and other derrogatory terms. My family and I were visiting the area for a wedding and while leaving in the morning we decided to get McDonald's breakfast. When we enter into the back part of the gas station and into the restaurant, we stand there for about 5 minutes before anybody helps us. To make matters worse there was legitimately nobody else in either the drive-thru or inside. During when we actually ordered, the lady at the register must've been a new worker because she could not operate the register if her life depended on it. By the end of our order there was 2 other women trying to help her complete this order. Since I don't drink soda nor do I like orange juice, I just asked for a fountain drink and ended up getting a large Coca Cola. For my actual meal I decided to use some online rewards points for a sausage McMuffin, so I scanned the code and thought I would have got my order. When we got our food I realized that I didn't have my McMuffin and to make it worse it wasn't even on the receipt to make a statement back the the register nor could I even buy another free one since the reward points were already used up. Before we left, I decided to go to the bathroom but there was 2 padlocks on the bathroom door, so I asked the employee for the codes where then went in. Inside, the bathrooms were incredibly dirty and things I'd rather not talk about on this platform. In the end, I ended up with a drink I didn't drink, a nonexistent sandwich and a want to go to the bathroom at my home. Undoubtedly the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. read more

I read the previous reviews and they made me skeptical and so I want to post a newer review for those like me who base their decision off of these reviews. I mobile ordered my food and came into the location(only because that DT line was horrendous and I thought it'd be quicker to go inside grab it and go) and when I walked in the place was pretty packed. Mind you I had a mobile order so this visit should have been a in and out type of thing.. it took 20 minutes to get my order. There were people who showed up and got their orders and left before I got my order (I guess the drive thru wasn't a bad idea after all) when I finally get my food I leave and head back to work. While on my journey I took it upon myself to eat some fries - I have no self control and no shame about it. The only thing that saved this review and that McDonalds is that the fries were actually pretty good. Fresh, crisp, perfect amount of salt *drool* and my burger was alright I personally thought without the fries the burger would've drug through the dirt but lucky for them I got a combo.
