Gave my food and drink out to the car in front of me which gave it back, they accepted it and then they gave it to me. That's disgusting and against health code. You should've thrown it away or let them keep it. For the staff, on a Holiday weekend, Sunday, nonetheless, I absolutely APPLAUD YOU!!! Every single worker in there stayed calm and collected, even when being treated horribly by their customers. For the customers reading the reviews, this location DESERVES a 5 star review!!! The bathroom was clean, the lobby and counters were as clean as they could keep them, they really worked hard!!! For it being noon, I could not have asked for a better service!!! Thank you so very much!!! The Managers and shift leads here deserve a lot of praise!!! Way to go!!! What even is going on at this store where the service has gotten so bad that the store number isn't even publicly available anymore? My significant other ordered the new Chicken wraps with extra lettuce. What we ended up receiving was not only not extra lettuce, but absolutely sopping drenched in ranch. We often like to come here for our neurodivergent child who is a very picky eater. That I guess is going to change. Came here since I was in need of an evening snack, came here simply for two chicken sandwiches but this location was pretty good, modernized location, play land and great amentites*. Stopped off on a marathon 4+ hour drive for a quick dinner with the wife and kids. Ordered two quarter pounders with cheese, a McDouble, 20 nuggets, and a drink. Just the right amount of food to tide us over until we could arrive at our destination and snack before bedtime. They left out the McDouble. It's there on the receipt. With extra mustard and extra pickles. It just wasn't in the bag. I called and they said I could turn around on the highway and drive back and they'd give it to me. McDonald's policy apparently won't let them refund me for the item they left out of my bag. I'll stick with Jackson or Kalamazoo for my McDonald's stops from now on. Albion's McD's sucks and the manager is not helpful. At least the Arby's near the highway is pretty solid. read more

Yesterday morning we were craving sausage-egg muffins and coffee before starting our drive home from a weekend trip. These items were OK-up to chain standards, and they came quickly. The interior of the restaurant had a few problems. First, the air conditioner was set way too high. We were shivering, and the windows were fogging up. The employees working over the deep fryers may have been the only comfortable people in the place. Plus, the entire floor was slippery. We weren't planning to eat in, but if we had been we would have changed our minds. The drive-thru may be a better option here. read more

Fast customer service. Clean restrooms and restaurant interior. Typical suburban McDonald's. No problems with the Big Mac sandwich I ordered. They were generous with the secret sauce on my Big Mac. It made the sandwich taste better and contributed to a positive dinning experience. The restaurant seems to be well maintained. I have been to far worst McDonald's. read more

I don't go here frequently but when I do it's always very poor service. the employees are blatantly rude and I was literally made fun of for "ordering my food in the wrong order" over all very unprofessional. I work in food service myself and I would never treat a customer like that. I also once waited in the drive thru while five other cars went through the other line. when I spoke up the lady asked if I had ordered yet and I said no. she didn't respond for another two minutes while taking an order from the other line. I had to ask again for someone to take my order. The management needs to get their staffs attitude under control because I won't be coming back and I'm sure there's plenty of other people that won't come back because of the extremely poor service. read more

Being a college student, I go here a lot and I have to say it is rare they get the order right and it's not cold. We've called and said stuff was wrong before and only ever been told there is nothing they can do or "what do you want me to do about it?" Today I went through the drive thru and got a double cheese burger with added Mac sauce, a small fry, and a Diet Coke. The burger had sauce dripping out of the bottom of the bag and through the burger wrapper. The fry was ice cold and hard, and my Diet Coke was not diet. They also handed us our bad and it had a massive bug on the bag so we didn't take it and they refused to rebag the food and also brought the bug into their store. read more

Very frustrated with my order today. I ordered a southwest salad/grilled chicken/balsamic vinaigrette dressing through the drive thru. I did not find out until getting back to work that I had a southwest salad/crispy chicken/southwest dressing. I had to drive back to the restaurant and when they replaced my order the salad/dressing was correct but I only had spoons and no fork/knife. Of course I did not discover this again until I was back at work. No manager talked with me about this order problem and only was handled the correct salad by a general worker. No acknowledgement of my extra time and effort to correct. This is the 2nd time in about 2 weeks to experience problems here. The prior time was a similar salad order that took an extremely long time to obtain and again no manager recognition or apology. Never was the best McDonald's but service has really slipped to a new low. read more

We stopped here while traveling on vacation and decided to try the snack wraps, I asked the cashier what came on the wraps and was told only cheese, (they actually come with mayo and lettuce as well), i was charged for 2 meals when I only wanted the wraps and when I attempted to correct the mischarge the manager gave a sigh of annoyance. Sign says they're open 24 hours. We pulled up at 2:30 am and the woman rudely said that her computer is restarting and she can't take any orders. I asked how long it will be until I can order (deciding whether I should stay) and she says, "No. I told you my computer is restarting. Whenever it decides it's finished restarting." Really? My husband went inside and ordered a double hamburger, extra onions and a double cheeseburger. When he got home the Double hamburger had the grill slip still attached but it only had one meat patty on it. The same for the Double cheeseburger. I guess they don't know what double means. And they were out of paper so could not give him a receipt so we have no way to prove their mistake - BEWARE of this McDonalds. read more

This McDonald's is consistently terrible. We have lived in Albion for almost 5 years, and for at least the past two years this McDonald's has become ridiculous. Rare is the occasion when you can go through the drive-thru and your order is 100% correct. We have had experience with everything from entire items missing out of the bag from our order, to missing items on sandwiches (twice we have ordered bagel breakfast sandwiches and received them with no egg), they almost always forget to put straws in the bag, they hardly ever give you any napkins, they constantly forget your sauce for breakfast burritos or chicken nuggets, the list goes on. As far as friendliness of the staff, some are not so friendly, and some are very friendly. They have two speakers in the drive-thru capable of taking orders, but only twice have I ever been there when the first speaker you come to is being used. Most people who go here on a regular basis know that this speaker is never used so they don't even stop at it, which has caused a lot of confusion in the drive-thru on the two occasions when I've seen it in use since the cars have already pulled past it before they hear the voice asking to take their order, and when the person behind you has already puled up it's not so easy to put it in reverse. This drive-thru is always lined up at least 10-15 cars deep because they are so slow inside. And my personal problem with going inside and ordering is that the fountain pop machine in the dining room is NASTY. It is obviously very neglected and never, or rarely, cleaned. I have ended up calling the toll-free customer service number twice to complain about unsatisfactory experiences, and both times I had tried to call the actual restaurant first several times only to be met with an unanswered phone. I could have called the toll-free number 50 times if I complained about everything that deserves to be brought to their attention, but I'm just afraid at this point they'll think I'm only calling to receive free food vouchers. And here's my problem, after all of these terrible experiences and complaints, will I go back to this McDonald's? Of course! Albion is a small town with very limited options for a cheap, quick meal for myself and/or the kids! Maybe if I just complain enough they'll finally get the hint and decide to take more pride in what they do! read more
