I placed an order thru the app and I was processing my payment and I had $7 in coupons and they didn't offer any place to put them so I called the store to cancel and was told I had to cancel in the app. I went thru every tab... there was no place to cancel the order. I finally Googled it and found out I have to cancel on the website. So after telling the store NOT TO MAKE THE ORDER! They did anyway and now I'm supposed to file online to get the charges of $55 off the card. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. I feel what they are doing amounts to fraud. Make it as hard as possible to find the place to cancel and your brain dead employees don't know enough to tell you on the website to cancel instead they tell you to cancel in the app. While you're trying to figure out where to cancel they make your order anyway so they can charge you for it. My suggestion if you want to order their crappy food (we don't have a lot of choices in our town or I wouldn't buy from them EVER) order in person. Or better yet go to Arby's! read more

I would give them a 0 but it wouldn't allow it. Food was just awful, order wasn't correct and they made us wait 29 minutes for our drive thru order. The immature employees were just a joke. I have stopped here before on road trips, however this time I needed to comment. I'm not sure how they did it, but the chicken fingers had the chicken cooked through and tender but the breading was under cooked and had a very floury taste. The fries had a similar coating which tasted more of uncooked flour than potatoes. not very appetizing read more

I believe this location has been renovated recently. It looks very clean and almost a little hippie inside. The original chicken is very flavorful. For some reason, it tastes much better than most of the KFC I've been to read more

The Albion KFC basically sucks!!! The last 3 times through the drive thru, I asked for ALL WHITE and received dark meat. Threw it out twice but went back the third time. Do NOT patronize this location. Orders wrong, very poor customer service and slow as molasses! Never again! Had to give it one star but totally not deserving! read more

I had better, friendlier and more genuine service at this restaurant than I have had anywhere in a very long time. The entire staff was so helpful and genuinely happy. A woman who worked there complemented my son's superhero costume (he won't take it off) and gave him a cookie. My husband swapped out his Cole slaw for Mac n cheese. All in all they were just very nice and helpful. I've come to expect lack luster service in the fast food industry. And found here that their service out did that of any I have had recently, even in high end establishments. Well done. read more

Shortly before we arrived, the cook quit in the middle of a rush. Many cars were in the Drive-Thru lane, and about eight people were are the register. One of the managers. I found out later her name was Cora... (I am unsure of the spelling.) was working so hard to appease all the waiting people. She quickly and efficiently served all with a smile and apologies for any wait. She represented KFC well and expertly, during the restaurant's crisis. I would hire her to manage any business I owned. She definitely is manager worth promoting. read more
