Yikes! Pulled up and the drive-thru wasn't moving. Pulled up to the speaker and no one answered. The car at the speaker next to me drove away. I kept talking to the speaker asking if anyone was there. No one answered. We switched to mobile order and went inside. Chaos! People inside complaining about priority being given to drive-thru. Employees apologizing. It was a hit mess. Finally a nice lady looked at our mobile order and got it ready. read more

The manager was rude asl at drive thru, fries were cold and I had to take them back in because she didn't want to open the window back up when she handed my meal to me. The floors were slippery asl inside store which was a accident waiting to happen, no signs saying slippery. The bathroom was nasty. Girl taking our drive thru order was extremely impatient just because my mom had an accent, and laughed at it. Drove up to pay and guy was picking his ear rolling his eyes in frustration. I came in to get the number for home office and was treated was the up most disrespected from managers on evening shift. I was cursed out and yelled at by both managers. I told one of the managers that I didn't come there for all of the unnecessary drama. She continued to show all of ignorance. I wrote the number down and left the restaurant. Friendly, fast service and hot Egg McMuffins and coffee. Our order was accurate and the restaurant was really clean.

I have to be at work early and like most people I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning along with a quick breakfast every now and then. At 5:30 in the morning you can expect no greetings at the drive through window. When the employee finally comes across on the mic I'm asked "what do you want" like I'm a burden for showing up to your establishment. My order was never placed until I reached the window, approximately 10 minutes, with 1 vehicle in front of me and it appeared he had close to the same order as I did. They input the order at the window to show a trend of fast drive-thru times in the early morning, a bad practice and a way of doing business. This McDonald's and others in Albany, GA are very similar in service and quality which is far from satisfactory. I will not be returning to any McDonald's establishments in Albany, GA. read more

If I could give a one and half I would this store has official lost my service, is so sad how the restaurant ignore the second drive-through and let me sit there for an entire eight minutes wow the other drive-through line is continuously going. I am writing this review as I am sitting in drive thru line....it seems they have to go and kill the chicken first. We have not moved in almost 30 minutes. On a road trip so looking for something quick, this is not it. I can't even get out of line with the way the drive thru is set up. So we are left with no choice but to sit here and wait. Whether they need more staff, multiple people taking orders, or more cooks in the back, something needs to change. I would highly recommend finding another location to take your money. read more

I travel alot and I have been in hundreds of McDonald's all over the United States and even some in Foreign Countries. This take the award for being the nastiest, filthiest McDonald's I have ever stumbled across on the planet. Upon enter the rest room I realized it hadn't been cleaned since out houses were moved indoors. The frustration I experienced while ordering my meal was completely over the top watching them deal with customers and then myself was an ordeal. The food handling stations were nasty and hadn't been cleaned in about as long as the restroom. It is obvious that there is no responsible adult supervision in this facility. Like the warning beacon on the movie Alien I urge you to avoid contact with this so call "Resturant" as you may find yourself praying to the porcelain god on your knees a couple of hours later. read more
