This McDonalds has the slowest drive thru, there could be 2 cars ahead of me and it can take 15 minutes to get my food. Highly recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app. Other than that the food is pretty good and the inside is nice. Though when I went in the other day someone had puked in front of the entrance door. Employees kicked us out and they were jerks instead of calmly telling us to leave the and cooks were saying nothing to my group

We got there at 6pm, had to call out hello and wait only to be served with an attitude. Typical for this curremt management team. Sandwiches thrown together like they were assembled with feet. Many tables were dirty even though it was almost empty.. Obviously, quality control doesn't exist here.. I don't recommend this place at all. Very disappointed .. read more

I've been to this location many times and the service here is lowkey good, just 3-5 minutes wait for a regular sized order. They also have kiosks for virtual ordering by the counter. Overall a good location, 9/10 read more

Service is terrible. Prices have sky rocketed while food quality and service have shot straight down hill! Stale buns, unmelted cheese, cold food and the ever popular 1/2 order of fries or full cup of ice in a soda. I know longer go here. If you use the drive up check your order EVERY TIME to make sure it's correct and is what you PAID for and not a partial serving. read more

We stop here frequently for Happy Meals using the App. My rating is influenced more on the App use, location, and the staff I deal with. I've received friendly greeting by name at the drive thru and Theresa who hands us our food if just great. Sometime the order is not correct (i.e. apples instead of double fries or no toys). I say I'm going to check it next time, but one shouldn't have to and it would be appreciated if those putting the meals together be more careful. read more

The service at this location has went way down recently. Dreadfully slow even when there are barely any customers to serve. Bathroom was gross. Employees are at each other's throats in front of customers. If you need anything and have to approach the counter, prepare to be ignored. There are better options. read more

I was at the drive through on 9/20 around 10:30pm. There was only one worker on... completely alone, I think his name was danny. He was so polite, as quick as could be and happy although he was in a clearly stressful situation with a long drive thru line and no help. I tried to offer him a tip but he refused. He defiantly deserves a raise and to be recognized for being in a crummy situation but trying his best to do his job. A really great attitude. read more

When you just want a fast food burger and it takes as long as a sit down place. Thats not convenience. I stop by here maybe 2-3 times a month because its close and on the way to work. When you order in the drive through and they make you park 2 out of 3 times it just wastes time. The food should be piping hot and fresher?? but eh. What can I say? It's a McDonalds....no different from the thousands upon thousands of other McDonalds all over the world. They serve mystery-meat burgers that everybody makes fun of and complains about, yet get back into line for three more. They serve french fries that if you hit it just right when a new batch comes up, they'll be warm and salty rather than soggy and dead. They serve fruit and walnut salads which one has to wonder what their shelf-life is and if that shelf life date has expired....yet we contently munch away on them. They serve food in boxes for little kids, and bitter coffee for adults. During lunch hour, the drive through lines are busy, and after school kids make out in their cars in the parking lot. It's a McDonalds...does the job it was intended to do. ........................But how the world would cry if "Mickey-D's" went away. read more

Everyone is super nice there. But nobody pays attention to detail, or to ensure the correct modifications and/or orders go out correctly. I placed a large order at the drive thru, everyone was accomodating, but i was charged for 2 items that i did not receive. I utilize drive thu service when traveling, therefore, its extremely hard for me to return to said place of business for a correction on mistaken orders. I paid for 2 items i did not receive. In any other form of business, this is considered stealing, and employees would be fired for it. So why is it that a drive thru location doesn't force feed this to their employees so that this doesn't happen to guests that frequent their establishment? And upon calling this specific chain to see what could be done, there was no answer at this building that was clearly open. The phone rang off the hook with no answer until i was put through to a voicemail box. I live in the area and this specific store is the only one closest to me. My family and I are nearly ready to look elsewhere. This happens all the time. I work in the food service industry, and rarely complain. If the mods are incorrect, i let it go...but when i pay for things i don't receive, i'm losing money, and this store will ultimately lose money too due to the fact that I, and about 8 other family members that frequent this place regularily will ultimately not return to. Please pay attention to detail, even thought its just a mcdonalds. They have a business to run just as much as i need to feed my kids. Thank you. read more

For a McDonalds this is one of the better I have been to. Since they rebuilt the place from the ground up that is.

Although the new digs make this one of the best McDonalds on the inside, some of the management personnel there really don't add to the atmosphere. Some are really negative with customers and their own employees. This last time, I had my first food complaint ever. I complained that the fries were overcooked, and tasted horrible. They replaced it with another bag of equally overcooked ones. (Change the oil?!? Pay attention to the chimes?!?) In a conversation I overheard, the manager shrugged his shoulders and apparently decided it was the customer's problem, when he discussed it with his employee. But this seems typical of the managers that seem to survive at this particular McDonald's. The short woman that was on earlier in the week (who I believe is the overall manager), berated an employee if front of the customers in line and within earshot of everyone at the counter. Although in general, this is one of the better McDonald's around, they sure have gone downhill recently. Maybe the managers need better training or maybe the owner should solicit anonymous employee feedback. Most of the good managers seem to have migrated over to other businesses in that particular mall area. By the way, had a horrible stomach problem when I got home, which is why I decided to write this review - something that I hardly ever do. read more
