The driver was to arrive at 10pm this past Saturday night. When nobody arrived we called numerous times. The first time they said there was traffic, the second time they said there was an accident, the third time they said they were lost. It wasn't until 11:18pm that the driver finally arrived. Everyone from the wedding (130people) had already left. We received no credit, no apology, no follow up phone call, nothing!!! Absolutely 100% disappointed!!

I take providing reviews very seriously as all too often service providers start off great and then get sloppy. So after a couple of years using EZ Vans I am very pleased to provide an endorsement of their outstanding service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Azy is my contact person. She is always quick to respond. More importantly, over the years she has come to know how we operate and is quick to find and inquire about possible discrepancies in what our actual needs may be vs the information she was sent. i.e. the number of vans needed, the start and end times of events and so much more. She has helped me out of a bind on a couple of occasions and always provides her assistance with an encouraging tone of voice. "Happy to help", "No problem, we have your back", "What can we do to help", "Is there anything we can do to make your experience with us better?" are all things that I frequently hear. The tone of her voice tells you that she is legitimately, and truly appreciative of your business and will do what ever she can to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend using EZ Vans for any of your shuttle van and party bus needs. A BIG Thank you, Azy, Ray and all the drivers for all you do!
