The pulled pork was so tender and moist, we had to get another order because the kids gobbled it down. Don't sleep on the cheesy potatoes either, they were packed with smoky flavor and soft but still had a snap when you bite into them. The owner was so kind and showed me his off-set and explained the woods he uses and entire process. He made recommendations and took the time to visit with us and make us feel welcome. I also was blown away at how fast the food came out, from the time we ordered until it arrived at our table was less than 10 minutes for a giant sample platter.
