Despite being rather busy and short-handed at the same time, all of our dishes arrived in short order. After having gorged myself on the parmesan fries, I didn't have room for the brussel sprouts, but I absolutely devoured the Hunny Chicken Sandwich, which was very delicious. The dining room is neat and tidy with old photos of Martinsville and subtle pig decor. Outside is a really nice covered patio where pets are welcome. My food came out quickly in a paper bag with my name on it. The BBQ brisket was phenomenal. The sandwich had several generous slices of thick brisket with slightly burnt ends, but moist and tender inside. The meat melted into the bun, which was soft and fresh. This was the best bbq sandwich I'd had in a long time. The spicy sauce, came on the side, was really delicious, too. The cole slaw is prepared in-house, finely chopped with a sweet vinegar dressing. During that time frame, 4 cars that had ordered and a couple that had already paid pulled off. Finally got food at 3:54, a 40 minute wait from ordering. There's no possible chance any of my food took that long to cook, the only weird thing I ordered were some Jalapeño Bites (not that weird), so I'm just not sure what was going on in the kitchen to make it take so long. Savannah on the window was awesome, she apologized heavily when handing my food out, so I know she's not the problem. She mentioned that her manager wouldn't listen to her when prepping the food, so I feel like that might be the problem. I saw her and the other front counter girl getting more and more stressed as the wait continued. When I got home, sure enough the food was wrong, with the double whopper that we ordered having no cheese and only 1 patty. Long story short: avoid this Burger King until management changes hands.
