They charged $550 and threatened to impound my truck and driver if I did not pay within minutes. That is over $6000 an hr. I have never been charged this much for such a small quick job. He made several adjustments as he turned the tight radius of my driveway. I appreciated that because previous tow operators have not been careful with my truck(s)...Doug was very careful. I had additional instructions for him. I told him to leave the keys with a specific specialist at Purvis Ford. He repeated back the instructions but got the name wrong. I repeated the persons name and he then made a joke about how to remember the name. He did exactly as I directed and my truck was safely delivered at the agreed to price. This was a 5 star service for me and I appreciated the effort that Doug went to taking care of my truck.
