We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

And while mine is a different story, I can understand the alarm from some of the other Yelp respondents. As my 'business' sits on PRIVATE Property Big Ben's can't be charged with the same complaints as those comments mentioned here as being 'Predatory' . . . but what I can say is this: maybe because there wasn't any predatorying allowed and ... that Big Bens could ONLY Operate when Called . . . my company received substandard service. You heard me .... it's unbelievable the poor Svc experience. Maybe it's that since Big Ben's could NOT randomly Tow (predatory tows like those prev. mentioned above). . . but my business received substandard service ... which worsened over into 2017. Big Ben's has NOT come out when called re. Valid Tow concerns from our 'Business Manager' nor responded to multiple various inquiries for Svc. Our 'business' was allowed direct contact with the Top 2 honcho's and even contacted the Owner directly .... it was one excuse after the other. And since this has been going on for far too long, our 'business' does NOT recommend this business. So Be Wary.
