I've tried several healthy delivery food options out there but always get sick of them after a while because the meals are too healthy or boring. The customization of Lucy's meals perfectly balances health/nutrition with taste. She only uses healthy oils, sugar alternatives, tons of veggies and herbs, and she does all gluten and dairy free per our request. It's also awesome to be able to request my favorite dishes and try new ones. I always throw random ethnic dishes at her, and she somehow nails it every time! I work in mental health, and I'm a strong advocate for parents outsourcing if they can afford it. It creates jobs for others in our community and relieves stress, which helps us to show up better for our children. Totally worth it!

We had such a wonderful time learning to make dishes we'd not heard of before, better knife skills, the science behind what we were making, and just hanging out with Yoav and his lovely mother. Yoav is a delightful, easy-going, engaged teacher and clearly loves what he's doing. As a result, we loved it too - and the food was fabulous!! If you're looking for something different to do with your team whether for team building or a staff outing - you'll enjoy Chef Traci. It's a fun experience for both expert cooks and those who don't cook much. She always starts her class with making a blend of spices based on the menu we're cooking. It's our parting gift along with satisfied bellies! This time was a delicious taco bar with homemade tortillas that we prepared the dough for, pressed on a tortilla press and cooked on a comal. We marinated chicken thighs and tofu (for the vegetarians) which were grilled, sliced and delicious! The verde sauce we made was excellent. A fantastic time was had by all and I can't wait to do another class with her. She engages everyone, makes everyone comfortable and she's just a lot of fun. We did family style and the menu included: 2 Appetizers - Lumpia Shanghai and Palabok Deviled Eggs 1 Salad - Ginger Noodle Salad 2 Sides - Coconut ginger turmeric rice and roasted veggies 2 Mains - Salmon and Lechon Sisig 1 Dessert - Haupia Ube Pie The food was really good, and presentation was beautiful. I debated to get a cake but told myself not to. The Haupia Ube pie alone was perfect. I was supposed to pick up pizzas for the little kids but I didn't have time. I was worried about what my kids would eat, but surprisingly, my picky 5 year old and 3 year old ate the food and Ioved it. I had so many things to worry about, but I did not have to worry about the food. I thought about adding more food, but I didn't and I didn't need to. I didn't have to worry about replenishing the food because their team took care of it. I provided some platters and serving utensils because we have them, and they cleaned it all up. They packed up the left overs in my tupperware, and to-go tupperware for the guests. At the end of the night, my kitchen was clean. It was a huge relief to end the night with a clean kitchen. Also, I was amazed that we only had 1 trash bag at the end of the night, and I attribute it to having a set menu and no party tray food. Everything about the experience was 5 star! The food was great. The team is wonderful. No clean up!! I would totally do this again with them (and I'll order extra to have left overs =)).
