Do not use this company! I met with the Owner Bill Serpa at the recommendation of my landscaper, he made all the recommendations for irrigation system based on Landscape Architect Plans and planting plans i provided him before the installation. Initial rough irrigation seemed to go fine and i made the 50% payment ontime. Once the Landscape was installed, they came back to finish placement of the sprinkler heads, the job went downhill from there. I ordered a Hunter Pro HC Wifi enabled controller, which was not what was installed initially. The RainCink senor i ordered was also not installed. I called Bill only to be told it was, "i should look for it". I had to send him the image of the controlled with no sensor hook up(see picture) for him to realize i was correct. When the sensor was finally installed, i tried to connect the system to my Wifi, and was unable to. Ultimately i was told to " call Hunter". After some research on my own (Hunter has a great website with videos), i realized he installed the wrong controller (not a wifi enabled) so the sensor wound not work and i could not control the system via the app. Again, another trip out to install the proper sensor i had originally ordered. Once finally up and running, I was able to program the system (do NOT expect him or his men to do this for you), I sent the zones to irrigate 4x a week(20 min/zone) with an additional 30% water time (6 minutes per zone) for the new plantings. There was such poor coverage of the property, I lost several specimens (see image). After calling him to complain and after consulting with my LA and Landscaper, (who had to call him to respond as he quit returning my calls) i was able to get him back to adjust the system. When i continued to have problems, and i continue to hand water in order to save plantings, i decided to get a second opinion (actually 3 of them). I was walked around the property and shown how poorly the install actually was. There were too few heads to cover the plants and hedges, There were heads placed in front of shrubs, blocking plants behind them which got insufficient watering. There was only a single drip line on my Podocarpus on side and NONE, on the other, which is why they died. There was a leaking fixture at the time of the final install and when i called, I was told to remove the heads and flush the dirt out myself. There as a full on leak(see image) that he blamed on the landscapers, in spite of the fact there were no plants near the leak. I've had to hire a new company, simply to fix the problem McD sprinklers caused. CONSUMER BEWARE, YOU WILL NOT GET A QUALITY INSTALLATION. read more
