After calling a few times they came out and changed a part. Turns out it was not fixed. The pump is still not priming and it is still getting stuck in the same zone. I left a message and got a voicemail that they would check their schedule and get back to me. A couple days later I called again. They claimed the pipe would have to be dug up because there must be a leak. I waited and finally sent a text. The reply was if Tuesday would work for me. Tuesday the person came out and called me. Told me he changed out the part. I mentioned that it had already been changed. He replied that he was told that the part had only been cleaned.

He arrived promptly and immediately got to work. After unearthing the tiles in my driveway, he deduced that the leak was actually coming from underneath the grass just to the side of the driveway and the water was just pushing over. Once we properly located the leak and the faulty PVC corner bracket, he was able to easily and successfully replace it. He took off for a little bit and we agreed to meet up again in an hour to let everything dry. Once we turned on the water for good, there was zero leak. I would recommend Curtis and his company to anybody. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgable. I stuck around the entire time and he did not hesitate to explain to me what he was doing as he was doing it. He is located in Jupiter and he had no issue at all driving the hour-plus to reach me in Boca. For any irrigation or water needs, I implore you to reach out to Curtis. He will get the job done for you in spectacular fashion. A+

After he left, I hired a handyman for a fraction of the cost, and he fixed everything quickly and correctly -- including burying the cable properly at 12" instead of the 1" that Pacific did. It felt like they were just there to collect money for the easy stuff without actually solving the real issues. I hate to leave a bad review, but for a sprinkler company that couldn't fix my sprinkler problems, it was pretty disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them if you need real repairs done right, call Ernie 561-493-4171.

Headline: Absolute scam - Stay away from Jarocho Company!…read more Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. I paid a $1,500 premium--$7,000 total--because Jarocho Company sold me on their "premium" after-sales service, including a guaranteed two months of maintenance and watering adjustments. The moment that final check cleared, they vanished. They didn't just provide poor service; they stopped answering my calls entirely after feeding me a string of empty excuses. They used a "bait and switch" tactic: promise top-tier support to get the sale, then ghost the customer once the money is in their pocket. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly have no intention of honoring their word. Do not let them scam you like they scammed me.

As far as the other review saying he was saying racist things to the customer's neighbors... that had me scratching my head in puzzlement to the point where I wondered if the customer who left this review was confused and perhaps left it for the wrong company?
