Just moved into a townhome on Sunday and Wednesday night noticed a leak coming through my driveway…read more Thursday morning, I was able to find Curtis (who is the owner) and he scheduled me first thing Friday morning. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work. After unearthing the tiles in my driveway, he deduced that the leak was actually coming from underneath the grass just to the side of the driveway and the water was just pushing over. Once we properly located the leak and the faulty PVC corner bracket, he was able to easily and successfully replace it. He took off for a little bit and we agreed to meet up again in an hour to let everything dry. Once we turned on the water for good, there was zero leak. I would recommend Curtis and his company to anybody. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgable. I stuck around the entire time and he did not hesitate to explain to me what he was doing as he was doing it. He is located in Jupiter and he had no issue at all driving the hour-plus to reach me in Boca. For any irrigation or water needs, I implore you to reach out to Curtis. He will get the job done for you in spectacular fashion. A+

I was recommended Sureflo and I had met the owner, Don, years ago when he was first starting off. I guess they are too big now to accommodate anyone who needs an estimate after hours or on weekends bc they just don't do it. After weeks of waiting for an estimate, then waiting for the work to begin, because they will not meet with me after hours or on any weekend, they said they are too busy and could not do the work for me. Awesome !

We were going to have Bill (owner) install our irrigation system at my folks house but since the…read morefirst meeting with Jim we found him arrogant, difficult to communicate with and overall just lacking. We have a beautifully designed landscape pending irrigation being placed. Bill was quite quick to tell us anytime there was a question or concern that "he had done this 30 years". We wanted to make sure we had a solid design laid out and asked him to design it and put it on paper. When we went to talk to him about it as there was no mention of spray radius or directions/coverage areas he again started with the I've been doing this 30 years. Like how dare we question anything king bill had come up with. When we requested a meeting to go over the plan you'd of thought we were asking for a kidney. In the end we decided to go with someone else. By the looks of his other reviews it's a miracle he has gotten any business Quite unfortunate. Do not recommend.

Within 2 weeks of our install, the flowers started dying from dirt that was bone dry. Then the new trees started turning brown. When I called MCD to say that I was having issues with irrigation he started yelling and insisting on full payment (which had only come that very morning). I finally got him to agree to stop by and make adjustments, but he didn't repair anything. The sprinklers were watering the driveway, not the plants, and the drip lines in my new potted citrus trees weren't even turned on! I had to bring in another irrigation expert to fix everything and still was forced to replace plantings and trees that had completely died. It was a terrible and stressful experience.
