Rainmaker was prompt and professional. They definitely know their stuff. Rainmaker installed an entire sprinkler system at my house and even installed a great looking lighting system. The guy who came out also mentioned something about yard ornamentation too but I wasn't interested. I also had a difficult to solve plumbing problem that other contractors wouldn't even touch. Rainmaker solved the problem and made some recommendations about getting a well I wish I had followed. The work was completed on time and a detailed account of the services were provided. If you want your sprinklers installed correctly, go with this guy. If you want difficult problems solved, go with this guy. I should start out by saying shame on me for not posting this review earlier it slipped my mind! Keith and his wife came out to repair and replace the sprinkler "timer box" that you use to set when the sprinklers go off in the lawn (box damaged by hurricane Irma in November 2017 so that should give you a rough estimate as to when they came ;) ) ... several months later in August 2018 sprinkler and timer box are still working great and going by my experience with Keith and his wife I am confident they will continue to work well for many years to come :) ... had a very pleasant conversation with Keith on the phone and found him fun to talk to - when he and his wife showed up in person (which was very quickly and promptly after I contacted him) found them both to be very professional, polite and thorough.. highly recommended! As far as the other review saying he was saying racist things to the customer's neighbors... that had me scratching my head in puzzlement to the point where I wondered if the customer who left this review was confused and perhaps left it for the wrong company? (this has been known to happen on yelp). I and my wife are people of color ourselves and on top of that we are both Muslims so needless to say that's a "double strike" right there if one is prejudiced to begin with :P .... but I detected absolutely no prejudice whatosover from Keith nor his wife.... just friendly, polite, courteous, professional service. read more

This guy gave me a quote to fix my sprinkler system. I was out of town before he came back to fix the sprinklers so I had him describe in detail what he would do. He showed up and my wife paid him before he finished. This turned out to be a huge mistake as he left right then. When I got home, I called him to ask why nothing in the backyard had been fixed. He claimed his cell phone didn't work and he'd call me back. I called him another 20 times. He never answered. In the end, he texted me a link to an invoice which describes work he did and fails to mention the work he said he'd do. No mention at all of half the work that was to be done. A real first class thief. My neighbors came over to tell me he yelled racial slurs at them while he was here. He was yelling at them because they asked him to quit yelling these same slurs at his employee. This guy is yelling racial slurs in my backyard. WTF??? I left him a message telling him I would leave this review everywhere I could find. I am tired of all the horrible contractors in South Florida. This guy is a thief. I wish I could give this company negative stars. Horrible customer service, a complete lack of care for the customer, no guarantee that the job will be done right down the road, and they charge a ridiculous fee to just come look at your property. They also charge more than the average sprinkler company. The owner Keith is an arrogant, weird person who thinks he is always right. They did a job a few months ago and we are now having issues with some sprinkler heads that continuously run, even with the system shut off. Now our grass is dead and the property looks bad and they refuse to come back out and take a look after paying them multiple thousands of dollars. All I wanted was for them to take a look at it - no action required or money spent - but instead of helping a client who paid tons of money for a job they simply are now not responding and dont follow through with their word.
