Reasoning to my statement would be the exceptional standards that the owner holds them (employees) too. Every job (8) that I have requested them to evaluate has been the best experience based on value, experience and honesty. Matt the owner will never try to over sell you for anything. He is a very honest business owner with proper morals that don't align with most companies that surf our coasts. They gave us an appointment right after contacting them, showed up on time, did the work in very reasonable time and price, and even called us the next day to see if we were happy. As a coincidence, we had heavy rains the next day, and the flooding which had previously been up against our sliding door had disappeared. Excellent service from a reliable company.

After getting our roof redone, it was time to replace our gutters. I gathered several quotes, and…read moreJerry's came in right in the middle price-wise. The crew was friendly and the installation itself went smoothly. My only frustration was the cleanup. Even though I always remind contractors to tidy up afterward, we still found screws, nails, empty water bottles, and other materials left behind -- unfortunately, this seems to be common with many companies. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. Overall, the work got done, but there were a couple of details that could have been handled better.

Happy and satisfied with our new gutters and leaf guards! My husband worked with Kiro for a quote…read moreon custom square gutters but ultimately decided on the the typical K type gutters due to price. Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.
