I paid a $1,500 premium--$7,000 total--because Jarocho Company sold me on their "premium" after-sales service, including a guaranteed two months of maintenance and watering adjustments. The moment that final check cleared, they vanished. They didn't just provide poor service; they stopped answering my calls entirely after feeding me a string of empty excuses. They used a "bait and switch" tactic: promise top-tier support to get the sale, then ghost the customer once the money is in their pocket. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly have no intention of honoring their word. Do not let them scam you like they scammed me.
