They took a picture of the motor, and returned the next day to install a new motor. I also had them switch out some sprinkler heads for me, and they checked the entire system. Also, the house is closing on a sale next week. Checked Yelp and found Naeif at Plantae. He responded and was on the phone with me in an hour. I was more than pleasantly surprised at his professionalism, knowledge and all out hustle! He was at the house to diagnose that same afternoon, and told me exactly what was needed - pump was burned and timer was dead. His assistant Sergio came out the next day to get started.
