From the moment I booked her, she went above and beyond--after I sent over my planned route, she suggested a better, more efficient itinerary that made perfect sense and improved our entire day. Alina was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. She even took photos for us, which made the experience feel even more special and memorable. She also truly saved the evening--after taking us to dinner, the restaurant turned out to be a bust, and we thought we'd have to head back to the hotel and figure something out. Without hesitation, she said, "I got you," and took us to Hattie B's Hot Chicken, which ended up being the perfect choice. And said to me the day I got car they are willing to work with me. So I already paid another $150 two weeks ago. Than when I went to paid the $150 the old lady's son was there and started going off on me soon as I walked in to pay him. Saying that if he was there when I got the car he wouldn't have made the deal with me since I'm 20. He said they usually don't give people cars unless your 21. I signed a paper saying that I'm under 21 and that they were ok with it. And then told me to pay $200 by March 17th. I said ok. So my mom goes in on the 17th to pay the $200. And the old lady starts going off on my mom saying they need $400 today and that I need to get an Alabama driving L. I have Tennesse since I just moved here. And if I didn't bring it by the end of the day they will take my car that I already paid 650 on . My mom said ok I can pay the 400 even though y'all told us to bring in $200 but she can't get her driving L till monday. Cause I was at work. She said well then were not taking the 400. She said they will still shut off my car. Than my mom asked to see the paper work cause this old lady new I had Tennessee l. Since she took a copy of it. And she than told my mom to get out or she would call the cops. So I called her asking what's going on . She told me if I call again she will call the cops for harassment. I said im just trying to ask you a question. She hung up on me. So than today March 18 2018. They came to my work place and was getting the car. I walk out and was just trying to ask what is going on and why they are doing this. And now she is saying she is taking my car since I didn't pay her the 400. I said I was trying to pay you the 400 and you wouldn't take it cause you said you would still take my car since I don't have Alabama dl. And you knew I didn't seen you have a copy of my DL. And I said look you can have the car. I just want my 650 dollars back. She said no you already put miles on the car. So I'm gonna be taking them to court. NEVER GO HERE !!! EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - I COULDN'T FIT IT IN A GOOGLE REVIEW! Snippet from review: PLEASE LOOK AT PHOTOS ATTACHED FOR FULL STORY. We walk in the dealership and NOAH has his feet kicked up on his desk and barely acknowledges us. When I've been talking to him for a week and have been planning this purchase. Immediately thought, how rude. I make it a point to greet my customers when they arrive. We are immediately hit with a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE odor. I mean we were ready to walk back outside and just look at the vehicle it was so bad - but we had to use the restroom. No toilet paper, no soap, paper towel was in a bathroom stall you had to hunt for if you washed your hands with the stinky water, barely any lights, and just COMPLETE FILTH. I have never seen an establishment bathroom look so awful, unless it was at a gas station. And this bathroom was way worse than any gas station bathroom I've ever seen. There was also dog poop in the corner of the building, which explains the lingering smell. After that experience we walk back up to NOAH and he hands me the keys to the vehicle I wanted to look at. Doesn't walk out with us because he's the only one there. There's a reason they are short staffed. Look at the other reviews that they've responded to years ago saying they were short staffed that day. Only scum of the earth would be completely okay with waking up every morning and going to work there!!! Seriously. ....
