Now that we are back the ground is dry and though it's hot and humid we realize this place is due for four rather than three stars based on comparisons of other parks. Original review: We recently retired and we met friends here to borrow a truck and trailer and learn to use it so we stayed a week.  The staff are quite nice and helpful. The sites are all in the open and level, and I think they are all full service.  The place is quiet other than muted train rumbling that I've only noticed if I was already up.  They have a small playground in very good condition though I've seen few kids here.  They have a laundromat and shower building that is sanitized daily though we have a washer dryer and have yet to look at their facility.  We plan to return at the end of our trip.
