I can not express my gratitude to the team. I was injured in a horrific car accident and could not complete all of the prep I would normally do to some of my finer pieces of furniture/ goods and I was worried. The management team and the moving crew told me " do not worry they would take care of you" ; and and that is exactly what they did. The entire team was wonderful. They helped me at a very difficult time in my life. All of my items arrived in pristine conditions and they made sure they were set up and arranged immaculately upon its arrival to my new home. Why would I hire professionals to move my furniture that would refuse to do so? After arriving at our destination, they refused to unload the truck! We had to spend another $1600 on another company to unload it. They also did thousands of dollars in damage to our 100 yr old grand player piano, kept hardware for our refrigerator so we cannot reinstall the handles and claimed they couldn't do their job because the house was messy. Whose house isn't messy when moving? Bottom line is they did not fulfill the contract, refused to move many items at all, which still, months later, have still not been moved!

We called Changing Spaces to unload a U-Pack trailer that was delivered at our new home. I am…read morelegitimately awe struck by the crew from Changing Spaces Moving. They showed up exactly on time, and were done early. I've never seen movers with that much hustle. They'd unload the truck and carry items into the house then RUN back to the truck for the next load. It was wild. I figured the running thing was to show off and would disappear after the first twenty minutes.... NOPE... They kept up that sprint all day long. One of the gentlemen even had a weighted vest on because the job wasn't hard enough for him! These guys were seriously strong and managed to unload an upright piano in 15 minutes. The movers who packed the piano seemed like bumbling idiots in comparison when it took them nearly an hour and a half to load the upright. Thanks to Changing Spaces I've honestly never had a better experience with movers. We're currently in a rental house and plan to buy a place of our own by the end of the year.
