Anyways we set a date , a few hours later he called to let me know his truck broke down! I told him I'd keep his number and give him some time to get his truck fixed. I noticed the carpets were soaked wet. I asked him how long for the carpets to dry he said 4-6. I paid him $400 and tip. I kept all the fans running ect. So I call them at 9pm unhappy because the carpets are still soaking wet. They then brought over 4 floor fans to have it dry overnight. This is becoming a big problem I have 5 dogs that are indoor. To top it off, I have severe allergies to chemicals. That he used all natural Green products made me feel good about the environment and that the next person in the condo would start fresh! In addition, every room was meticulously cleaned, with military precision for the cleaning pattern. The bid was fast, reasonable, and the job done on time and to my total satisfaction! I would highly recommend Candid Carpet Care for all your carpet cleaning needs! Based on the terrific job they did for me, my neighbor had them do his rugs too (they have 3 little children) and I thought the results looked great, but I'll leave a full review for him to do. I just moved into a house with very light wall to wall carpets so I'm certain I'll be hiring Candid Carpet Care again soon! Thanks!

I can't believe they got it all out! They came once while she was alive and did an amazing job so after she passed away I had them back and they gave me a discount. They were prompt and called to confirm, these guys are no nonsense. I could tell they had a lot of experience with different types of carpets and different types of stains. When I researched companies, they seemed to fall in the middle as far as pricing, but I think they are far more skilled than either the cheaper or more expensive services. I can highly recommend them.

He and EasyCLEAN2U exceeded my expectations! James was even kind of enough to let me practice the two words of Portuguese I know with him, lol. I vacuum my carpet and couches every week, but it had been a while since I had given my carpet & sofas a deep cleaning. Given how GROSS the resulting water was from the cleaning, I'm sure I'll be calling on their services again soon!

Sterling and Leonard were kind enough to come to Sonoma County on short notice for a FREE estimate! Sterling is a seasoned pro, and Leonard knows his stuff, too... L went under house in crawl space, then under house outside to view a new vapor barrier I had had installed and to check for possible water damage. Sterling used a device to test the moisture in exposed subfloor, and used other tools to determine a favorable outcome for us: there was no cause for alarm, no actively growing molds, the natural adobe earth often caused that musty smell, etc. He suggested I replace the carpet to help get rid of musty odor, and a couple days later they sent an estimate on using equipment to dehumidify, sanitize, etc. If we had had more time before the tile guy started, we would've hired them, but instead, since there was no health concern, we did some sanitizing ourselves and air filtering, and have made peace with the musty odor, always keeping a window open. I tipped them for their rushed response, for demystifying the musty odor, and for giving us peace of mind re: no harmful molds being present. Nice people, too. I read a few other reviews here for these guys and didn't realize they also do regular carpet cleaning. It may not be worth it for them to come this far just for carpet, but next time we need our rugs done, I'll see if they'll come out.

Highly recommend this company and Sterling is just a fantastic individual. Straight to the point - quick and efficient and absolutely deserves a bonus check ASAP. All the individuals who came out on the job were professional, courteous and communicative. Cannot recommend them enough - this is as professional as it gets!! They don't have many reviews since most of their jobs are insurance claims - which makes sense now but they are the East Bay's hidden secret for all things needing restoration in your home.
