I went to this practice with a back problem seeking help. Dr. Younan promised he could hep me and…read moresaid he would treat me until I had relief! When I started, he explained he came from NYC up to Poughkeepsie to do the treatments. Week after week there were excuse after excuse why he had to cancel at least one appointment per week when I was only scheduled for two per week. He only started his hours at 11 am. He experienced traffic on the FDR multiple times and refused to take ANY alternate route, he had a flat tire, his father was sick - twice, then he caught Covid and I NEVER received another call back to reschedule any other visit.....it's been over a month since he was diagnosed with Covid. I highly doubt that Covid has lasted this long. Not to mention that since starting the spinal decompression I now have leg pain shooting down my leg which I NEVER had before!!!! It is very uncomfortable, disturbing, and upsetting because I never expected to wind up with MORE pain than I went in with! He does not accept insurance for this treatment either. It is not cheap, I live on a fixed income and to pay for this and wind up with more pain than I had, be treated so unprofessional and ignored is totally unacceptable! I feel I was absolutely taken advantage of. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!!!!! EVER!!!! The consistency of care was totally unprofessional. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a doctor in my life nor from his staff. He would say they would call me and they would lie and say they had tried to call me and I never received a call. In this age of electronics when you have caller ID and you can see who calls and when, I cannot believe anyone would try to lie about such a thing.....be very careful with this entire practice!

7/20/26 - saw Dr. Colman this morning for a chronic left knee complaint…read more I've had 3 silicone treatments and Cortizone shots in the last 10 months at different locations. I'm not the pill popping type to ameliorate every little discomfort, but to quell the pain I used Tylenol 500. That was minimally successful. Transdermal's: ie ForceFlex, Voltaren, and Salonpas helped and a neoprene sleeve with stays kept me walking with a cane, unsteadily, but still moving. ALL were out-of-pocket expenses, not covered by medical insurance. Dr. Colman is an excellent diagnostician. He asked a few questions, looked at the previous notes and palpated the knee. Observed that there is some arthritis and old meniscus injuries. Knee replacement is not an option at this time. Explaining the possible procedures that could be done in the office. The doctor exited the office; and while he was out a technician brought in an ultrasound, and the tools the doctor would need. Dr. Colman extracted approximately 25 ml's of synovial fluid from the left knee. Although it did hurt for a few minutes; the pain, instability, anxiety were all gone, afterward. I'm very satisfied. I don't want to sit around the house all day, because I can't get around without extreme pain. I have "bigger fish to fry". The office has a drive up entrance, plenty of free parking, several pleasant people at the reception desk who seem happy to see you. Plenty of restrooms and seating in the waiting areas. They take most medical Insurance and Medicare. I'm happy.

The deferred care was due to my travel schedule and that was on me. What is on them, however was a rigorous schedule of PT which I was devoted to that made my symptoms feel worse. The doctor there whose name escapes me, sent me to PT. After many many weeks, I went back to the physician, whose office is located right in the same building tells me he has no plan to fix the problem, but merely to deal with the symptoms. Back to the PT itself: the first visit was very thorough and attentive. Subsequent visits were basically feeling like one is on his or her own - you sign in and people are available if you have questions but in most cases, nobody's really checking to see if you're doing things properly or risking further injury. I went for many many weeks, always on time. Always early to check in on a very long line. My early appointments meant that I was one of just a handful of patients yet the one time I was online for an additional time causing me to get to the window. About five minutes late, they refused my appointment. That was kind of the last straw for me. They lost me as a patient and I would not recommend them unless they have made major changes to patient oversight/assistance during and throughout the physical therapy sessions, and get back to health and not wealth.

I was checked in quickly and then directed to the second floor; either by stairs or the elevator to the "Tan Waiting" area. I was there maybe a minute or two before a nurse came in and escorted me to one of the exam rooms. Saw the Dr. promptly. He explained the options available; surgery or physical therapy. P/T is the least invasive and would not have me incapacitated for a while. Seems like a viable option. The office staff set up everything I needed for the physical therapy. The building and the office are clean with easy access to and once inside

Just rushed, irritated energy like we were wasting his time. He removed my son's splint, stuck a piece of gauze between his fingers, then fumbled with medical tape like he'd never used it before. Tape kept crumpling. My son actually asked, "Did this guy even go to college?" After a half-hearted tape job, we were shuffled out, but not before they made sure we scheduled a follow-up. The irony. We knew right then we'd never be back. Then came the bill: $350 "self pay" office visit (strange, I had to pay $450) $895 for "metacarpal fracture treatment" $595 for "finger fracture treatment" For some gauze and a few inches of tape. Next time I'll hand a roll of tape to the guy panhandling outside and probably get the same results for less. Absolute joke. Extremely disappointing.
