PATIENTS BEWARE with this establishment! DO NOT SIGN paperwork stating, "if your insurance does not…read morepay, you will be your responsible"! That is illegal! This practice said they participated with my insurance and when the ins. said they were not allowed to bill for a certain procedure the Dr billed me. I spoke to Samantha on a number of occasions (the person you check in with) and Janay in billing and told them the insurance told me that the practice has to appeal and submit the corrected codes and claim. The insurance reached out to them and told them they had to resolve everything and COULD NOT "BALANCE BILL" THE PATIENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE INSURANCE! The office and ins are to resolve NOT THE PATIENT!! This office disregarded that, and Samantha has continued to harass me over $60. Meanwhile, my ins has paid them hundreds... and sent me an invoice for $60. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the DOH!! BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLEMENTS BILLING PRACTICE!!!

I began going to Holistic Natural Medicine at the suggestion of my chiropractor after If shared the latest set of symptoms I'd been having, for which my doctors didn't offer much explanation or treatment. This was my first experience with acupuncture, and it couldn't have been better! Erika always takes the time to listen to me and explains what she is doing and why. She has also given me some concrete steps that I can take to help resolve my issues. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile at the office and am always made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Holistic Natural Medicine!

I have been seeing Kristin for several months after a severe back injury. As a Veteran, I was using…read moremy VA benefits at Castle Point for treatment and had inquired about acupuncture as I've had very positive results in the past for various ailments. While Castle Point does offer acupuncture, the backlog to get in was greater than 30 days so they authorized me to seek treatment from an outside specialist. Customer Care (VA) authorized her services and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. I had severe neuropathy which has been virtually eliminated in addition to the extreme pain in my lower back. I cannot recommend Kristin enough. Her proficiency is second to none, and she has returned a semblance of normalcy to my life by reducing my pain levels. One caveat, you need to keep up with your treatment team with VA. You're only authorized a certain amount of outside treatments. I did not understand this and had a lapse in coverage which caused me to regress. Thankfully Kristin worked with me and I am back on the road to recovery.

While I am not a regular review writer, I feel compelled to take the time out to share some…read morefeedback on my experience with Doctor Lictenstein. I have been to him a number of times over a year ago while I was suffering with shoulder pressure and massages just wasn't doing it. While I was skeptical of acupuncture therapy, out of desperation, I gave it a try. Within two minutes of introducing myself, he beat me to it pointing out where my pain was and talked me through his remedy plan. Within just a visit or two, I began to feel the lightening up of pressure and after a few more visits, there was no reason to go back, I was healed. Fast forward a year plus later, I pulled out my lower back so bad from either moving furniture or picking up my 10 year old (like he was 10 months old); it was so bad that I was hunched over and could barely take a step or two. I thought a day or two of laying off coupled with a mineral bath would help since I am pretty healthy (practice regular yoga) but to no avail, the pain was not subsiding. On that Monday, I called his office to make an appointment, leaving a voice mail. I soon got a call back from Doctor Lictenstein himself that he was off today but would be glad to come in to the office to help me. I was shocked, in this day and age of automation and structured mentalities that he would be so willing and kind to flex for me; especially that I would not consider myself a regular patient. He was so patient and explained to me what was going on inside my body and how he would help me this time starting with chiropractor therapy and if need be acupuncture to follow. After the adjustment and chiro therapy, I felt slightly better so it was clear that I still needed some help to relieve the discomfort and that is when the magic happened. I explained though that I needed to leave to pick up my kids and he promised me with just ten more minutes it would be worth the stay. Using some needles (tiny ones that I was able to leave with - hello so busy mommy friendly), he gently pierced my lobes in target spots that messaged to pain centers in my brain. After each shot (5-8), he told me to walk around and see if I notice a difference. The best way to explain this magic is brilliant kind voodoo to go; like a doggy bag of fine food the next day. So in sum, not only is Dr. Lictenstein a master of his craft, but he is passionate about what he does, kind, flexible, and totally customer centric - a refreshing escape from big box modern medicine I have experienced otherwise these days.
