The manager (dishwater blonde with a unique hair cut, short with a ponytail/bun on top) was in my opinion unprofessional and should not be in a position of authority. The young man (short hair, beard and mustache) she was scolding was standing there with two bags of trash, one in each hand. He stood there and took it. He was more professional than she was. I have been in management and this is not how you talk to or treat your employees. I am at this store several times a week but if this is their management style, I will drive further and take my business to another store.

He immediately apologized to the clerk behind the counter. She said nothing to him, but scowled at him. She set down a roll of paper towels. He and I started cleaning up the mess on the counter. The other clerk working with her, just shook her head and rolled out the mop. It was extremely uncomfortable. Those two women made us feel like criminals for accidentally making a mess and we were cleaning it up!
