I also saw propane tanks for the grill. Inside, they carry assorted beer and inexpensive wine. I saw a few craft beer options. A fast food counter offers a few hot and fresh options. I picked up fresh baked cookies as a treat for the kids after the soccer game. The prices were really reasonable. I wanted donuts, but they were sold out. Indoor and patio seating are abundant with plenty of dining supplies. The gas was a bit cheaper than what I paid down the street. Isn't that always the way? If you have the Get Go card, gas is 20 cents a gallon cheaper. Check out was easy after a short wait. I give this Get Go high marks mainly for cleanliness and they have what I want.

I really think they should ask EVERY customer and not pick and choose who they ask. I think they feel like they are doing a great service to the customers by not asking but they are doing a bigger disservice to the people who would benefit from the donations.

This became my go-to gas station after a kind woman at Kroger told me that I could save $1 per…read moregallon of gas if I used my Kroger card at the pump. Say whaaaaat?! That's all I needed to know -- I hightailed it to Turkey Hill (which is right next door to Kroger) and paid about $1.24 per gallon. That's unheard of. There's also a mini-mart here, too, but I haven't gone inside yet.

Cons -The past two times I've been here, there have been at least two pumps out of order. -The touch screens malfunction, too - when you swipe your card and it asks "debit or credit" there is no button to press... -Because of it's prime location in Carmel, it is heavily trafficked and I often have to wait in line for gas. I'll give it another chance for convenience and money savings, but I haven't been pleased with my encounters so far.

We always stop at this Shell station in Noblesville for fuel, snacks, and a *gotta go* stop. It's at about the halfway point and it's easy to get to from the expressway. This station is always clean and most things are well stocked. They have a very large selection of snacks and beverages, and more soft drink choices than you thought were possible. The restrooms (and this is not the kind of thing you normally call out in a review) are very sharply decorated. The black and white restroom decór evokes something vintage or classic, and it's very distinct. They used to carry the Jalapeño Steak & Cheese Hot Pocket. Every time we stopped I'd buy everything I could get my hands on. Sadly, they no longer carry The Best Hot Pocket, but I don't hold that against this location...much. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the prices are amazingly reasonable for being located right off the freeway. This is a great place to stop on your way through, so put it on your radar the next time you're driving by.

I found the veggie pizza amazing with the thick crispy crust and well proportioned oval pizza. Also, I enjoyed a mango passion with immunity boost smoothie and a turkey sausage croissant with cheese. Now I hear them having 2 more locations along my travels. Clean store and restrooms. I tried their sample pastries but was not a fan. Recommendations: 1) promote a physical reward card with Indiana locations so I would participate and buy fuel and 2) advertise prices on a board or flyer so I do not have to take so much time at one of the 4 kiosks.

Instead, she was met with dismissive, disrespectful, and unnecessarily hostile treatment. The way she was spoken to and the refusal to help her left our family with the unmistakable impression that she was being treated differently because of her ethnicity. No customer should ever leave a store feeling humiliated or singled out. What should have been a simple exchange became an upsetting and degrading experience. Customer service should be built on respect, fairness, and professionalism, regardless of a person's background or the language they speak. Kroger should take this incident seriously by reviewing what occurred, providing additional training to its employees, and ensuring that every customer is treated with dignity and respect. My family will think twice before shopping here again unless meaningful steps are taken to address this kind of behavior.

I placed a grocery order online for grocery pick-up, but somehow got my wires crossed and scheduled it for the wrong day. While I was out running errands, I received a call from the Kroger Pick-Up Team and after listening to my dilemma, helped me make arrangements to pick it up the next morning. Unfortunately, the next morning presented a new set of issues. I checked in via the app, but no one ever came out with my order. I called customer service and was informed that all customers scheduled for pick-up that morning had been issued a text stating that they were running behind and would be notified once the orders were ready (this info was relayed from the manager). Being that my order was technically scheduled for the day before, this shouldn't have affected me, but I suppose that their team was focused on preparing that morning's orders and nobody was checking the handset for pick-up notification. While this was frustrating, I didn't panic. I advised the customer service rep that I had to leave (after waiting nearly 20 minutes). I asked that they hold my order until that evening. If they'd put my order back, the sale items purchased would no longer be available at their discounted sale pricing. I left that request in her capable hands and went on with my day. That evening, I arrived back at the store. I couldn't check in through the app (because I had already done so that morning), but a car next to me was having their order loaded into their trunk. I waited to get Dylan's attention. I gave him a brief disclaimer about why I couldn't check in, and how my order was scheduled for yesterday... he politely interjected "Are you Kandice?" I was both surprised and relieved. They had managed to clearly communicate and coordinate the holding and successful delivery of my past due order...and I felt seen! And valued! I've cut entire corporations out of my life for less. So, I'm thrilled that they worked through the challenges and obstacles and overcame adversity. Good job, Kroger!
