Slightly overweight bald guy with a beard, think his name was Chris. They had me in and out very quickly and the car drives great with less road noise than the factory run flats. Walking distance to Druthers in Albany do you can get a samich and a "soda" while you wait!! Will be using these guys again in the future!!

Lia found half a dozen things "wrong" they were so graciously happy to "fix". Things like a supposed corroded fuel pump, worn brake pads (which I just recently had replaced, and on and on. I said no thanks, and a couple of weeks later took the car to Warren Tire for an oil change. I asked them to run through the list while I was there. Guess what? Warren Tire said NOTHING on the list needed fixing. They could have charged me an arm and a leg and I'd never have known. I love these guys.
