Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

Starting my review 1 year after install. Overall we had a poor experience for the following…read morereasons: 1. The general expectations for install were never communicated to us, we have never replaced flooring and didn't know they would be demoing the entire house and then installing, requiring us to vacate the home. For someone new, it's reasonable to assume they might go room by room? Maybe not. Setting out general expectations and timelines in advance would be great. 2. The job took much longer than originally stated. 3. Quality of baseboards that they replaced was much lower than what we originally had installed. 4. The overall quality of the install was poor. It was clear they had no idea how to work with this newer product. Especially when it came to the stairs which they redid and it's still not right. 5. Photos included of messy filler/caulking, install spaces between joints and large spaces next to walls, creaky steps (multiple). I waited one year to review as the sales person said that "of course the steps will creak when they are new but when they settle in it won't". I feel like they are "settled" now but they still creak like crazy. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, we thought we were getting quality install and were ok with paying more but that was not the case.

I was not looking for that. I needed colorful tile options. They carry one example of that but it wasn't what I was looking for. The staff is undertrained. One man said Armstrong had gone out of business and no longer made the type I was looking for. Another overheard him and corrected him. Unfortunately the only sample book they had was with a client. They did offer to try and get the book back for me to take a look and a few days later did call to let me know they had the book in the store. Unfortunately it was too late. After my experience at La Mesa Flooring I found Rayo who had everything I needed and within two days had all of my tile ready to go. So if you're looking for wood stuff that looks like everyone else Ka Mesa Flooring might be for you.
