First we had stanley steamer clean our carpets after a tenant moved out and they did a terrible job. I wont go into the dirty details. I called to tell them and the response was baisically too bad, sorry. Then a friend recommended Daren's and he did a great job. We sold that house and then rented for a while. The landlord used accurate carpet care before we moved in. Unfortunately our move in was delayed because the carpets were wet for days and released awful pet urine smell. We asked the landlord if we could use Daren. Daren brought his handy black light and showed us where the urine was and again saved the day. We used him again 6 months later and also had him clean our area rugs on top of the hardwood floors and he did such a good job of protecting the wood from any water damage.
