Corey came out and looked at our old unit and then went over the options to replace it. The day of the install Nick and his crew came and got everything done by early afternoon. Everyone was professional and extremely helpful making the process so smooth! Also, the crew cleaned up after themselves, which was really appreciated. Brandon came out first and explained in detail what was wrong with my very old a/c unit. He explained all options with me and the costs for repair and replacement. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. It was less expensive to replace the unit. He also explained the 6 months no finance charge plan with me. That worked out perfectly as well. Then came Nick, Owen, Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, and Kyle to complete the work. The office staff, Vanessa. Michelle, and Ashley were also very helpful and extremely courteous. The timing was perfect and they ALL worked together and made sure that my air conditioning unit and ductwork was installed with perfection. The cost was also unbelievably low. After installation, the airflow was a little loud when the fan blowed. No problem. They came right back out with a week and installed a new vent so the airflow would be more quiet. It was perfect. I TRULY am proud of how they truly care about their customers and are expert team workers. TEAMWORK MAKES DREAMWORK! They are an excellent team. I truly thank God for all of them. I have to also give Honor and Praise God Almighty and to Pat Cutlip, who loves The Lord and serve Him faithfully. When the top of the pyramid is Holy and God fearing, then the rest of the pyramid falls in order. Thanks again, Atlas for an excellent job. We'll done! To God Be The Glory!     I had a complete a/c system put in by B @ E heating and air augusta 2020 . I went to turn on my a/c…read moreto find out it would not work . So having a warranty I called the people I had payed close to 8500 dollars for the system just over a year ago they came out to check it out . And told me they had to order a controller panel for the camper and a cycle switch for the evaporator or inside the house . To make a sad long shity sorry shorter . Now under warranty they told me they had to order the parts and it would be 4 days . But I had to pay for the service call today . In the amount of $240 . Then told me it would be $ 2800 to 3000 to fix it under warranty. I said a few very nice words and asked why . He told me the parts were under warranty only. Now I had watch this man and test my unit an myself have been hvac certified for years . So I call Georgia Carolina and asked them to come take a look at it. From the very first moment you knew you were in good hands. He didn't hook up gauges . He started by testing the electrical voltage of the system and with in 3 mins found 2 lose wire nuts on this new unit that B@E had over chagered me to install and flooled my carports because it leaked out the freon and had frozen up. But getting Back to the true Experts Georgia Carolina they found 2 lose wire nuts and a bad Schrader valve . Now mind you the same valve Back woods B@E had just been playing with . But the Tech From Georgia Carolina heard it leaking when he was fixing the lose wire nuts . So Georgia Carolina found no parts bad except that valve leaking and he check the speed on the fan for the unit and it had never be changed from its factory prest. For a smaller unit .Now I'm no English major as you can well see. But I have been a Sr chief Marine engineer for many years where I would on everything for hvac. Computer radios diesel engine gear boxs any and everything that could or would go bad . I know good work and workmanship when I see it and also bullsh.t lies. B@E fall in the bullshit lies category. Georgia Carolina fall in the topshelf expert category with great workmenship. When a hvac man puts his gauges on your unit first thing you know your screwed. Voltage is always the first system to check . They even give you a complete read out of what your unit is doing . That in itself cuts out the bull. Thank you Georgia Carolina you will always get our business and that of anyone I know that needs your services.

    **Review for 360 Home Energy and Stephen Boatwright: **…read more I had a very frustrating experience with 360 Home Energy technician, and the owner, Stephen Boatwright. Initially, the tech who came out diagnosed my dryer issue as a problem with my fuse box and outlet. However, after consulting with an electrician, I learned that this assessment was incorrect. When I reached out to Stephen to discuss the electrician's findings, he assured me he would come out personally to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Stephen never showed up for the first or second scheduled appointment and failed to call or reschedule. After several attempts to reach him, he finally responded, citing a family emergency. We set up a third appointment, but once again, he didn't show up. When I finally got a hold of him, he mentioned he had a sick teen and couldn't make it and he would send the original tech instead, which was disappointing since I had specifically requested not to have him return. After two weeks of back-and-forth, I finally received the correct diagnosis for my dryer issue, but it took an additional week for the part to be ordered. Week three of this fiasco I was quoted a two-day delivery timeframe, which turned out to be inaccurate. Throughout this process, Stephen was often unresponsive/late to return my calls and texts, which only added to my frustration. A fourth appointment was setup and of course the technician was pulled over, which caused us to have to schedule a fifth appointment which was kept this time but arrival time was 2.5 hours later than what was scheduled. My dryer was finally repaired with a $25 discount. I've expressed my dissatisfaction multiple times to Mr. Boatwright, but it seems like customer service is not a priority for this company. I truly don't understand how they maintain such high ratings when my experience has been so poor. Be cautious if you decide to use their services!
