Charged me $95 diagnostic fee plus $120 labor fee = total $220 to relight a pilot light that took 30 seconds. I called the company and asked how they figured there was a labor fee when there was no labor performed and only a single diagnostic action taken which fixed the issue. I was told that there is a minimum fee they have to charge to stay in business. Summary: If you decide to go with Advanced Air Tech, regardless what they tell you, the min fee to expect is $220. Will not be using Advanced Air Tech again.
