We took some maternity photos here. Nice nature walk that is open and off of a busy street. The area had signs to learn about the park. I'd recommend for pictures or a walk.

Parker's Treasure on Cherry Creek. Hiking, Biking, and Walking trails for everyone. Plenty of parking, great for kids and adults alike. The City of Parker stays on top of all maintenance and keeps the park in tip top condition. This is a great place to come take pictures or bring your easel and paint the perfect picture of Mother Nature. The Park offers trail access to the 42 mike Cherry Creek Trail as well as the New Salisbury Park Trail. Check it out you'll be glad you did.

We've been customers for the past two years with multiple dogs groomed here, but this last visit was deeply disappointing. All four dogs came back with mediocre grooms. The groomer showed little regard for our reasonable requests--like leaving the eyelashes longer or keeping the face rounded and fluffy--and instead did what she wanted, regardless of what we asked. Our puppy's groom was especially disappointing. While we understand the importance of a "gentle" first experience, the result felt more like a rough draft than a professional service. The excuse--"it's his first groom, so I'll do what I can"--felt like a way to justify a lack of effort, not a thoughtful approach to care. If you're only delivering a fraction of the service, then pricing should reflect that. See the photos attached. We've had first-time puppy grooms here before here with Kyle & Lisa with no issues or excuses. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet the standard we've come to expect. Even more disappointing was the owner's inability to receive customer feedback with professionalism or openness. A resistance to constructive criticism is not only frustrating--it's ultimately unsustainable for any service-based business.

Then--------- I had always taken and picked her up. This time, my husband dropped her off. Normally, Lauren took the leash from me and to the grooming table they went. Yesterday, my husband was told by Lauren that she was 2 hours behind. She took the leash and he left. Jacki was our rescue 6 years ago. She was kept in a kennel all day and night for a very, very long time. I had given her history to the groomer and was told she wouldn't need to be kenneled. After my husband told me, I rushed out the door to get her. I walked in, and found Jacki in the kennel **** with her collar and leash wrapped around her leg and chest, still on!!! Her ears were flat like she was scared. No water in the kennel either. I was appalled. Who puts a dog in a kennel and leaves them like that? This establishment does. I opened the kennel door and Jacki shyly came out acting unsure and frightened. Lauren walked a bit towards me from the opposite side of the room, but never came close. No apology. She repeated that she was 2 hours behind as if she had no idea that Jacki was neglected and mistreated. I had to speak louder than normal since she never came over to me. I told her that she should have called me and asked if I could bring her later or reschedule. She said she would next time. I will not be going back. There won't be a next time, not ever. When we got outside, Jacki returned to her loving self. She gave me kisses and pulled me to the car. No apology or follow-up call from them. No recognition of how Jacki was treated so badly. Never again. I have since spoken with several dog people and knowledgeable in training. They would never leave a dog with a collar and leash on in the kennel. Everyone was appalled at Jacki's treatment.

Our dog is really good with people and dogs so I knew he would do great; however, when we went to pick him up, we were told by the girl at the front desk that they were "neither going to pass or fail him". She told us he was nervous at first and not really playing, but then seemed to get anxious when other dogs were playing. I think any dog would be anxious when in a new environment for the first time, especially being around 10-15 other dogs in such a confined space. She told us he wouldn't "snap" but he would show teeth. I've never seen this behavior from him around other dogs, in fact he gravitates towards other people and dogs and thrives off of the social interaction. Our dog doesn't even bark unless he feels threatened or bad energy from someone. She told us he was fine after with some "redirection." The redirection? A spray bottle, from what we saw on camera. Who knows what else. I had mentioned to the first woman that our dog had been mistreated by his previous owner so I didn't imagine they would do anything to mistreat him. The girl that was there when we picked him up denied that he was sprayed even though we saw it happen on the camera. If spraying dogs is part of their process, they should at least have the decency to let us know beforehand or admit to it when confronted. I occasionally watched the cameras while he was there and he seemed to be fine the whole time. There was a period of time (an hour or two) where we didn't see him on any cameras, so I'm not sure what was going on there. Probably some more "redirection". He was very anxious when we picked him up, more than normal. He seemed different, and not in a good way. He still had a ton of energy as well. This place seems to be run by teenagers who interact more with each other than they do with the dogs. There were only 1 or 2 employees in each pen with 15+ dogs at a time. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be neglected and stuffed in a crowded playpen, this is the place for you! (Pictures are of the outdoor area where you can see the spray bottle on the employee's hip, and the indoor area, with about 10 dogs at that point. There were times in the day where there were more than 10 dogs in that area).

Here is the good - The place is super clean, bright, and great concept…read more Here is the bad - The staff probably has some inconsistent training. I noticed on a couple visits that they probably should have some basic dog behavior training when approaching dogs in general. The high pitch cheerleader, spirt team leader, doesn't always go over well with dogs. Also the person in so called charge probably could tone it down on the "karen" talk down to customers. Not pleasant. This is the ugly - The "sales pitch" is shady. It's not clear nor cheap. I witness them explain an option for grooming, then add in the "extras" on a basic - which was coming out to over 150.00. Small dog mind you. The guy then backed up..literally and was now doing math. He pushed back and went with just the basic and left his best friend for a wash. I also watched the staff try to rebook for an appointment and the customer flat out said. "yeah we cancelled our membership. we are done" Mind you, his dog looked great from the front..not so much from the back. It's only hair right? I experienced the shady sales pitch and also was told 3 different options with trying to confirm pricing with extras. It didn't go well. The young lady was pleasant but it seems there is a lot of pressure to upsell and get a membership sold. I saw some dogs come out of the place and granted some looked good and some looked like my haircut job on my sister's bangs. We were in grade school. And even as in human, dog are not going to sit still. Finding a groomer you trust your best friend with is hard and not easy. I only tried this place because I love the vet next door and why not? My groomer was on vacation. Well I am back to my groomer and for half the price I can get EVERYTHING for the spa day for my bestie.
