I went weekly multiple times when the Big Nasty was on the menu. I know so MANY people who miss the sandwich. I have not found anything I like close to the big nasty and ask frequently for it to return to the menu. The foods ok but they lost my service when they took away the big nasty-IT WAS SOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!! I've tried a handful of other items and none have been a wow factor besides the big nasty. I placed a pickup order at 7:50. It was scheduled to be picked up at 8:10. I sent my boyfriend inside to pick up the order at 8:15. He sat there for 40 minutes while i sat in the car. I could not go inside because of medical issues and being in pain, i had to call at 8:50 to finally get that order out. When it came out it was cold. Do not, I repeat do not order online. You are better off walking to the store from your house and ordering when you get there walking back home and getting in your Vehicle and driving back and picking it up. If I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday, the temp was 30degrees so I decided to Door Dash some soups to my 6 employees working outside in the weather. I made the online order and it was delivered 2 hours later. The driver said McAlisters hadn't even started on the order and he had to wait for 45 mins. Upon delivery my asst manager called me to say there was only 5 soups, no spoons, and no tortilla chips in the bag. I called the manager at McAlisters and requested he get the forgotten items to my shop. He said I had to contact my Door Dash delivery person. I already had done this and it was going to take another hour since they were on another delivery. I explained that the driver wasn't at fault and it wouldn't be fair. I don't know why it's so hard to get the order right. It was. 6 soups, 6 spoons, and 2 bowls of tortilla chips for the TORTILLA chicken soup. I should've read the reviews before ordering from this location. My oldest daughter used to work for McAlisters a few years ago and she warned me then that the West County location always had complaints. I told him I would never use his deli again. He hung up on me before we could figure out another way to resolve this issue. I called the manager at the 42nd St location. She got me in touch with the area manager which refunded half of my ticket. I feel I should've gotten a full refund. One of my teammembers didn't get to eat while the others had to scrounge to find something to eat with. Just a heads up for you folks out there, take the extra time and drive/order from the 42nd location. They are much more efficient and professional. I will never burden West County with my business again. Word of mouth advertising is pretty effective and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this occurrence. read more

I did an online order and part of it was a kids spud. It showed it came with butter, cheese, sour cream, and bacon bits. It also had an option to add ingredients. I added green onion. I picked up through the drive through and when I got to work, I discovered the spud was totally dry with only a little green onion. Nothing else was included in the bag. I can't really choke down dry potatoes so it went in the trash. I sent in a complaint thought the website and then also did a complaint in the survey Not a word from anyone regarding either complaint. I have to say this has to be the worst service experience along with the feeling of being some kind of burden to the staff. We put in an order at 8:44 p.m. and we live 20 min away from this location. When we pulled up the blonde lady handling the drive-through looked frustrated with the fact we showed up. She opens the window doesn't say hi her words are what's the name. Shaking her head while she is looking for the order you can tell that she and the other workers are not happy that we arrived like they are ready to close and we are making them do something they don't want to do. Then the same lady opens the window and tells me the amount I owe $80 plus whatever change. We get our order we look at our food making sure we received everything like I said we live 20 min away from this location so we wanted to make sure we got everything. We drive away from the window and my wife says you know what I didn't see the dressing to our salads. We take everything out and double-check and she was right no dressing we drive back thru the drive-thru. When we pull up to the window the staff looks over at us they turn and the blonde lady looks down like I can't believe they are back the staff starts laughing and talking you can tell they are all talking about us. The blonde lady comes back to the window and we tell her we didn't get the dressing for our salads. She turns around goes back end getting the dressing you can tell her and someone or staff person are talking like we are lying. The lady comes back with some dressing gives it to us and tells us "just so you know the dressing are in the salad", so my wife pulls out one of the salads and shows her there isn't any salad dressing in them, then I said," I have ordered salads from here many times before, the salad dressing has never come in the salad bowl". Her response was "well you have it now". Then she closes the window. When we arrived home we found that none of our 5 sandwiches had pickles. We have ordered and eaten here plenty of times, its one of our favorite places, and have never been treated this way. This was the worst experience I have had here, it's so sad to see how they could care less to be courteous or friendly, I told my wife I just want to give them our food back and just ask for a refund.
