They do not deserve one star. This company should not be in business. I called A1, Porta Johns in…read moreSpeedwell TN, to have potty delivered and it was delivered dirty. It had less then a half roll of toilet paper and no blue chemical in the tank. The urinal was disconnected and would've gone out on the floor. The roof had no screws and every time a storm came through, We had to pick the roof up and put it back on. After they delivered it, I had to go out there with rubber gloves and clean it before, the men working on my house would even use it. After three weeks of me calling every day to come clean it, (them, with a different excuse every time), I finally told them to come and get it, and I went with another company. It has now been sitting here for an additional 20 days with me calling every day and they not answering phone calls. I have called the police and they said it was a civil matter. I now put a phone call in for Better Business Bureau and my next point of contact I guess will be EPA because this is a biohazard sitting in my driveway .. I called my bank to see if I could dispute the charges and they told me that they A1 had me on reoccurring patments, so I had to cancel my debit card and have them mail me a new. This place is a nightmare. DO NOT EVER USE THEM.

We called again in December and got the same answer this time it was full to the top. We are building a home and the workers do not have a bathroom. When I called in January she told me she still didn't have a driver and I told her that is not my problem we are paying for a service that were not getting. She told me she would bring me a clean porta john and would come pick the other one up when she got a driver. They delivered another one and it's full to the top now why because they still don't have a driver. I called again end of February and told the lady to just come and pick up both of the porta johns we are going with another company. They actually had the nerve to send me a bill. It is now March 19th, 2025 and we still have both porta johns at the house and now have become a hazardous waste situation. I have asked for a refund but will probably never see that.

Two plumbers came to my basement to snake a drain and the lead plumber was in basement less than sixty seconds before he started finding all kinds of problems with my new hot water heater that I had just gotten. I told him that I didn't need him there for my hot water heater. I was charged 287.23 to snake a clogged outside basement drain and the next day after running my dishwasher I had two different drains back upon me. These drains were not an issue until they snaked the first one. I was charged 981.21 for a pressure reducing valve and installation. I priced the very same Watts valve at Lowe's and it was 199.00. They also charged a 70 dollar service fee on top of their other nonsense. I spoke with their jerk manager and of course, he was justifying their pricing.
