Upon review by the insurance adjuster, she had no concerns about what was done and how. We're very thankful that Ken and Sam and CareFree Restoration responded to our call and strongly recommend them.

They always went above and beyond with my concerns and listened intently! Kudos to their team of artistic, savvy, clean, compassionate, professional employees! After a flood, this company handled everything from cleanup to restoration with great aplomb. (I was so impressed with their cleanup that I hired them to do the restoration work). They did a remarkable job. They know what they are doing without being micromanaged, have an eye for detail and keeps one updated. We are busy people who work odd shifts and travels for work, and Servpro of Washington Co worked with me on these issues and handled everything for me with my insurance adjuster. That in and of itself saved us time and energy to handle high stress jobs, which was greatly appreciated. My sister in law recommended Servpro of WA CO and I am so appreciative because they were the best! If you have an issue use this company and you will be glad you did.

I had a raccoon get stuck and die in between my first floor and basement. Though I didn't exactly know what it was until Puroclean came to rescue me I knew something was very wrong. When I first started smelling the faint but unmistakable odor. I started calling around. I called everyone in the tri-cities. (This was on a Thursday). The answers I got from other companies were either A. It is just a mouse or squirrel and the smell will go away or B. Sorry we don't do that kind of work. On Friday I woke up with a massive amount of flies in my house. Called more companies from here to Texas. No one would help because of the location on dead animal. I'm a single mom who just moved to the area. I didn't know anyone who could help. I called my insurance agent they don't cover animal damage. Apparently this is a thing with insurance. So I went to the hardware store and donned myself in PPE and tried to cut it out but I couldn't find it... On Saturday I tried again. I switched my search on google and found these guys. Called them on Sunday. Crying ... because it was awful.... I will spare you the disgusting details. Puroclean came out on Monday. Rick was very professional and listened to me. He was the first person to believe me. Tuesday I made plans with the office staff which was just as emphatic to my situation. They moved around their schedule so my daughter could have her second birthday at home on Saturday. They saved her presents and decorations! My mom heart is exploding! Wednesday my heroes showed up. Michael and Rick went to work. I was not there but I know this job was not for the faint of heart or stomach. Like I said I'll spare you the most awful disgusting details. They only planned to do one round of disinfecting and purification but it was bad! So bad! Just awful that they came back for a second round to make sure they got it all. Lucas and Michael went inside my home watered the plants on my back deck (it's 95 degrees outside right now) grabbed more dog food so I wouldn't be more traumatized. They went above and beyond. They listened to me cry and answered all my questions. They didn't judge me. I thought I was going to lose everything, my carpet, my mattresses anything soft but they saved me! They saved me! I will always be grateful to this amazing company that did the impossible. Thank you Puroclean! Thank you from the depths of my soul and I feel so blessed to have found you and met you. Look no further this is who you need to help you. They will be patient, understanding, professional, go above and beyond to bring your home back to your safe place. There's still much to do but I can do this now.

David and his team came to the house about a week later to begin the demolition project and I was blown away by the professionalism and hard work they put in. They were always working and very determined to complete the job. During a demolition project I understand there will be some damage to the lawn, due to the equipment necessary to complete the job. The damage was very minimal to my lawn and he asked me to inspect EVERYTHING afterwards to see if anything else needed to be done (which it did not). They take great care in the work they are doing. I really thought it'd be easier to review this business, but -- It's a genuine challenge to say…read moreeverything GREAT about Mike and his work, here: Professional. Dependable. Committed. Determined. Relentless. Comprehensive. Resourceful. Thorough. Responsible. These, literally, are just a handful of terms we would use - without any hesitation - to describe the incredible, beautiful work Mike did for us on our family property. He's just flat-out amazing!!! (Ooops. And, courageous!) We needed to demolish an old 2-story studio and a 1,600 SF dilapidated home, where we contacted upwards of a dozen or so area contractors that allegedly specialized in this type of work, but - They failed to return our calls; or, they failed to show up after returning our calls and setting up an appointment; or, they showed up but never formally bid the project; or, they ran from the opportunity after bidding it. That was not, at all, the case with Mike ... He retuned my call. He arrived on time at the job site. He walked the entire (very, VERY important) job site. He discussed the process with me. He bid the job, right then and right there, with me. He, actually, started the job earlier than planned. And, then, he stuck with us through DAILY rain, until the job was completely done. And, when I say "done," I mean "done" beyond our expectations ... Mike even graded-out the ruts from the rain, working his way backwards out toward our gate. There's just not enough room, here, to say everything positive about Mike and his work. Bottom Line: He took a genuine eyesore and - in the end - turned it COMPLETELY around ... Amazing!!!
