Sent photos after calling and speaking with someone. Received acknowledgment of photos but never got any estimate, email or call back. The fellow wanted me to schedule without an estimate, even a rough estimate. Scheduled them over a month ago to come out today and clean out two storage buildings. I had family traveling from Indiana to be here for the clean out. I got a text confirming the appointment yesterday with an arrival time between 8 and 12. This morning, we got up early and went to the property. After about an hour, I called the company to confirm that they were still coming, and they confirmed that they would be there soon. We waited several more hours before getting a call that they would not be able to make it out there today and needed to reschedule a few weeks out. I told them that wasn't acceptable because we had family who had traveled to be here. They said that their truck broke down, but she would check and see if they could try to still come. About an hour later, she called back and told me that they could not come because the whole crew was sick. What!?!? Which one is it? If the crew was sick, why couldn't they have called me earlier? Or better yet, the day before instead of sending out a confirmation! I asked to speak with a manager, and she put me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back and said there was not a manager available but that he would call me back within an hour. I said I would just wait on hold until he was available, but she said she couldn't do that. Guess what? He never called back. I will be booking with someone else. read more

I hired Just Junk It to come and take away all the stuff I was not going to move when I was moving to a new state. I originally thought it would be my stuff and some stuff in a garage for a friend. Ended up, after Just Junk It got here, that there was one more person with lots of stuff. The three movers were amazing! I never leave negative reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business but this service deserves NEGATIVE stars. The service was to pick up the dumpster on Monday. I was charged $25 a day for everyday past the said pick up time by the homeowner who hired me to clean their estate for sale. The dumpster was not picked up until Wednesday. To top it off, a truck load of garbage was left strewn around the area. Now to clean up and pay extra to dispose of the mess I already paid to have removed! read more

Very nice and friendly people. Greg and Nicole came out twice (at our request) to haul away thousands of pounds of trash and junk from a storage unit we cleaned out. Both are very hard-working and easy to work with. We are visiting from the west coast and didn't know who to call. Not only did they do a great job, they offered some suggestions about the area for us to play tourist, too. This isn't a cheap service, but it is high-quality. They charge by the space used in the trailer, not weight. They were willing to take absolutely everything we had, and even flattened the boxes to take up less space in their trailer (saving a little money). They were able to repurpose several of the items we were disposing of, and they sort everything else for recycling off-site. read more

These are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with, they show up 1 1/2 hours late with a tiny dumpster for the large price you pay. Heaven forbid you overfill the TINY dumpster or they yell obscenities at you call you stupid and threaten to dump the whole load in your yard. Overall the price and especially the service are so poor if I could I would give them a negative -5 stars. To everyone out there PLEASE do yourself a favor and use someone else. These folks are top notch. They cleaned out my family's house prior to sale of the house and did a terrific job. They were on time, professional, careful, followed instructions well, and were cheerful throughout. They worked hard to get everything to fit into one truckload, so as to minimize time and expense. They stuck to their quoted charge even though the job ended up being more time intensive than they had estimated. They broom cleaned the house afterwards, and left it in great shape. These people are a joke. They claim to be professionals and all they do are cuss you and call you stupid. And the price for what you get is way to much. They were not on time and never bothered to call and tell me they were not going to be on time. I waited for 2 hours then they finally showed up. Once they get there they started cussing and complaining. She was just as rude as he was. I really recommend you call another place. This one doesn't need to be around with the attitudes they have.
