we hired this company last year to install a new septic, turned into a yearlong headache that I now have to hire someone else to fix. started badly with late starts, short workdays and continuous putting the job off to do other jobs took many months to complete a job that would have taken two weeks tops if guy worked more than 2-3 hrs, left a halfway uncovered septic that wasn't working we didn't know until the tank was overfilling and when called to fix the problem found out they used spliced wire which broke when backfilled and it never had worked, they came to "fix" the issue and spliced it again, didn't do any finish work, left a wire all across our yard and for whatever reason took the cover off the electric box and just left it on the ground. refused to do the finish work and even asked us to pay for it!! once the pump finally works now we have found broken lines in the drain field that they also refuse to fix!
i am considering a lawsuit depends on what the cost is to have the mess they left fixed. they seemed like very polite people I'm shocked at how you can do such poor work and smile at someone to thier face like that while completely ripping them off.
when someone pays $12k for a job no part of it should include electrical tape or exposed drain field. also wires that drag the ground all the way under the house, have to hire someone to fix that too I guess, just left us with no funds to fix thier shoddly work and they don't care at all. very disappointed with the lazy job and lack of finish work. nice guys that do complete sh*t work.
i wouldn't let that guy come back here and set foot on my land if they offered at this point, they'd probly just leave something else broken or taped...., read more
