I have an older home so it's taken quite a bit to get my home up to code. They are very clean and professional. When they leave my home is cleaner than when they got there. But this weekend is where I became a loyal fan. Sunday, July 3, a storm set it. I heard a huge noise and couldn't tell if it was thunder or fireworks. Turns out it was neither. I have old 50-foot trees in my back yard. I love them so I leave them there. A lighting bolt struck a tree and the boom I heard was a large branch falling on my house and across my driveway. My garage is in the back of my house so I couldn't leave until I could get the branch removed. I remember that they also do handyman work so I thought I would ask if this was something they could handle and, even though I felt awful asking, if this was something they could do on the holiday so I could get out of the house. They had someone out to me the morning of the 4th. Being a holiday weekend, I would have been happy if they just got the branch off my house and driveway, but they cleaned up the entire branch. I'll post a pic so you can see the before and after. From now on anything I need done I will ask them first.
