I do not recommend Greene County Plumbing Solutions…read more I hired them to locate my underground septic system so I could dig safely in my backyard. Tyler quoted $250 over the phone for locating the waste pipes, septic tank, and drain field. Four technicians arrived and appeared disorganized and unsure of their approach. They attempted to locate the system using a soil probe and a sewer camera with a depth locator. The camera advanced less than 30 feet into my drain field before they claimed there was an obstruction. They marked that location on the ground with spray paint. I was then charged $300, despite the original quote. A few days later, I dug exactly where they marked and found nothing--no pipe, no box, no septic component. I excavated a large hole nearly two feet deep and confirmed their markings were incorrect. When I contacted Tyler, he offered excuses about equipment accuracy and scope of work, but did not offer to return or correct the mistake. Given that my septic system is functioning normally and was pumped just three months ago, I strongly question their diagnosis. Worse, they charged more than quoted despite failing to provide accurate results. My recommendation: find another plumbing contractor!

Newman Air installed a new hvac unit and I considered the work and the service to be exceptional. I…read morewent on vacation for 1 week and when I returned ... water was trickling down the walls, a large water stain was on the ceiling and the baseboards were swollen and warped. Newman sent the same men out (the men who did the installation) and they discovered the problem. incorrect sized tubes were used, resulting in the leak. Two of the men apologized saying "we are better than this". When I called the Newman office, I spoke with the receptionist and asked what to do and was told to call my insurance. She said that Newman was not at fault and the men (who explained the error to me and apologized and admitted fault) had told her differently. I decided to let my insurance handle it, but Newman did not contribute any financial help and did not admit any error. To me that is UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFAIR to the customer who placed faith and MONEY in them. NEVER AGAIN.
