They knew we were under contract to close on our house and I stressed the need for the work to be done prior to closing. After 3 weeks and only a week and a half before closing, I called concerned about the scheduling. I was told that I was now on a waiting list, that paying customers were taken care of first but if I wanted to pay overtime, I would be taken care of earlier. I explained that I was concerned about it not getting done in time, that I could loose the sale or worse be sued due to not doing what the contract stated, i.e. taking care of the recall. They then told me they wouldn't do the work and hung up on me. Be careful counting on them.

I sent him to the parents of a friend of mine, whose AC was out. 4 separate companies told this older couple (in their mid- to late-80s), that a new AC unit - to the tune of $4300-5600 - was needed. Chad fixed the broken wire in the unit and wouldn't charge the older couple. Chad is a good dude. I'd never use or recommend anyone else.
