I was kept informed of the the tech's arrival time by text and email.Prior to the technicians, Michael's arrival, I was texted his photo. Michael was professional and knowledgeable. As he found problem(s), he showed and explained to me what the issues were and what I can expect in the future. Michael was able to provide me with hot water in a very short time. Their price was extremely reasonable with no gimmicks or up-charges. My water heater is nearly twenty years old and when it needs to be replaced, I won't shop around. I'll just call Aire Serv.
